Great food, service, drinks,the beach access is rocky.

Rooms were great, service is amazing. The rooms were very clean, and every day they cleaned them perfectly. The food is amazing there. Very tasty, fresh, high quality. The service is outstanding, everybody was trying to be very accommodating and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay, food, and drinks. One downside of this hotel is for people who love swimming in the sea, like me, would be that the shoreline is big, but the place where you can swim is very tiny, so it’s getting crowded, because the Sea entrance is very rocky. Would be a good idea to bring special shoes if you have them.

Hotel didn’t tell us about changing over Hilton to Hyatt. Disappointing some service cleaning + food is not as good as we stayed Hyatt dreams riviera last year. People are friendly but missing quality of food service. Food is generally okay, nothing special. Impressed about entertaining team, especially sport team. Very organised, ppl’s injuries etc… care for programs what we need. Every day, full of programs. Lovely fit Roxana the trainer, she gives us very good push keeping our waistline the same as arrival. Repeatedly attesting focused yoga class from Azel( male trainer) fabulous yoga class, stretch Zander wow, should make YouTube, so good. Dulse, friendly+ smiley, good morning stretch, all of them are so focused on work+ guests for entertain. We stayed over 2.5 weeks there so without them, we couldn’t survive. Location is close to town, only 2 min from hotel. We see mixed local life+ tourist attractions. Weather was unfortunately not good started either, improving since last few days. Christmas was not packed up, Kevin the manager is very supportive nice person, looking after us well. Hopefully some changes we look forward in the future. Overall, hotel is not 5 starts but pleasant stay. Entertainment/ sport team are much better than 5 starts riviera dreams Cancun Hyatt for sure. Enjoying friendly atmosphere here, enjoying staying this area. Love shopping in the town, that’s our choice this year for holiday( Christmas/New Year) see what’s happening A New Year Eve event!
