Not the Hyatt experience I had anticipated

The property is gorgeous! The spa was amazing! The food was just OK. And I feel like I might be being generous with that. And the drinks were surprisingly disappointing!

I last visited here when it was The Royal. It was excellent, resort was smaller and food was better. Sorry Hyatt you don’t pass. Too many cabanas, very crowded around pool, half the beach has gone. Bar service was excellent and so were the rooms. Special regards to Manager Jose Torres who was very helpful and kind. Staff were exceptional,, coffee shop was amazing! Lower your prices and you might get me back.
