Great hotel! Great staff! Great food and drinks! The only suggestion I have is to change the music that is playing in the restaurant. No one wants to hear jazz music while in Mexico! Play music germane to Mexico, or some latin hip hop. Thanks.

Pilates aqua bike yoga aqua strong were ALL INCREDIBLE. BLEW AWAY ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! I tried and fell in love with aqua spin and aqua strong wirh Katie and Enrique!! I hope they are here next year!!!!! 10 stars !!’n

Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen exceeded my expectations. Staff: The staff members were extremely kind and helpful. If you ever get lost, they will literally walk you to your destination instead of just pointing you in the right direction. Katia is one of the fitness instructors there and she is AMAZING. Highly recommend taking her spin or aqua bike class. Food: The food here was delicious. Many people posted about the restaurants being closed, but they all just relocated. Asiana had an amazing shrimp roll, fried rice, and firecracker beef. La Casona had delicious dessert and the best beer braised beef I’ve ever had. The customer service at all the restaurants were stellar. 24/7 room service, wait time varies from 30-60 minutes. 24/7 cafe with pastries and gelato. 24/7 bar/lounge. Pool: I was worried that there would not be enough pools, but this was not an issue. Pool temperature was perfect. It was not very crowded. The cabanas are definitely worth it. Even if you don’t get a cabana, there are still servers coming around with your drink orders. For anyone wondering, the pool is 4ft deep all around and the temperature is 90°F. There is a hot tub that is 2ft deep and a “lazy river” swim up bar situation. Entertainment: The foam party was definitely the most memorable. Lots of pool activities and entertainment (black jack, water games, dancers, conga line, etc.). There was a nightly entertainment in the lobby every night. Karaoke night was probably the most entertaining/fun.
