We’ve loved every day here. The staff are exceptional, friendly, attentive and did everything in their power to make our stay perfect. We’ve enjoyed the quiet pool, walks along the beach, the swim up bar, great pool parties, from foam to Brazilian theme. All the restaurants also provide something for everyone’s pallets. We especially enjoyed Spice for breakfast and Dolmos for evening food. The coffee shop was a great place to take a break from the sun and enjoy some fresh pastries, ice cream or a lovely ice-coffee. Our favourite was the one with vanilla syrup and a shot of espresso. We also wanted to see more of Mexico than just the resort, and the in-house tour operators helped us with day trips to Isla Mujeres, Chichen Itza and a visit to a cenote for a refreshing swim in freshwater. Hyatt Vivid in Playa del Carmen, certainly is a place we’d recommend you to stay at. We think it’s worth it! A great place to stay at for any occasion.

Big shout out for Dulce, she's was so nice with my couple and I. The best Mc pool party of the place, She made the party atmosphere more fun. Love to do stretching class with her, aquafitness class at the morning, sexy zumba, bachata and salsa lessons. She is very fun and creative in any activity, we love her. Wer're gonna come back just to see her again.

Special recognition goes to Dulce. Great entertainment. The stretching sessions in the gazebo were the highlight. She has a fantastic serviceoriented attitude and made me feel good ?? ; my stay wouldn't have been the same without her company.

Every aspect of our week at Hyatt Vivid was amazing. First and foremost, the staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We did not want for anything the entire week. The entire team at Pelicanos restaurant were top-notch - Sergio, Adan, Ruben, Max, Pablo, Kevin & Lourdes. Javier, Lucas & Miguel at the buffet were great. Manuel & Arbey at the Dolma pool bar never let our well run dry. Karen at the coffee shop and Maria at the omelette station in the buffet were delightful to talk to. Ezequiel at the main pool bar was amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable with great service from housekeeping, room service, and the minibar. There was some sargasso present, but it was minimal and there was no odor, so it had zero impact on our enjoyment of the week. The property is VERY well-maintained. Everything looked like it had been freshly painted, and we never saw anything out of order. The landscaping was beautiful and well-attended. Other resorts that we have visited in this area always have paint peeling and various things that are broken, rusted, or otherwise out-of-order. Not here! We thank the entire team at Hyatt Vivid, and we can't wait to come back!
