Great customer service experience. Great food, drinks and fun. Very personal staff and felt like home. The experience was great with my spouse in tow and I will be back for the experience again.

This was our second time here , first since Hyatt bought it. We had the presidential suite, and it was amazing. David from the concierge was awesome as always. The management team was great, the amenities were awesome. Hard to beat it. I am a Hilton guy, but I think it may have gotten better since the rebrand. Food was amazing, staff is very attentive. We love the evening entertainment, and the spa is perfect. Splurge and go to the chefs table! It is right in the middle of town, beachfront, centrally located one block off of 5th avenue. Everything you want is walkable.

This was the most amazing trip I've been on! The Hyatt is a beautiful property with plenty of beach and pool seating. The food is amazing at every restaurant, and all the bartenders are super nice. There were so many fun activities and shows! I 10/10 recommend staying here. There are fewer college-age people, but we found some when we went and had a great time. Definitely consider staying here!!

We went for the afternoon with a resort day pass. Excellent location, plenty of lounge chairs available. The pool is small but refreshing. Our server Karen was excellent and made the experience amazing.

We've been a few times over the years; not only a beautiful resort but the town is wonderful and the staff is exceptional. My wife and I were married on the resort next door 15 years prior. The guests at the resort were a nice mix of energetic young (adults) and interesting old. The main pool was loud and boisterous but I enjoy that liveliness and there is a very nice quiet pool for those that don't. I enjoyed the food and always found something I liked; some peoples' expectations of resort food is crazy to me....I can say that you should always find something you like here. The beach is very beautiful to sit and look out on the water but it is a bit rocky if you want to get in the water to swim. You can easily walk a bit north and enjoy more sandy ocean (as we did) and it's not a problem at all. Beaches are public and safe in this area. The 5th (and 10th and beyond) avenues are safe to explore, shop, and practice a little Spanish...those that don't venture out and explore this wonderful community are missing out. Cash is accepted everywhere and generally safer to use, as skimmers are prevalent everywhere in the world. If they are honest and reputable (as most are) they will be patient and not pressure you as you do the math in your head. Anyone pushing or pressuring you should be a red flag (but most don't). I cannot say enough how wonderfully pleasant and professional the staff were during our visit. The staff were not only great with the guests but clearly got along well with each other; a primary metric for me as it implies high morale which then lets me assume the resort is well run and takes good care of its employees. I don't know that for sure, but it was my honest impression. The negatives I could conjure up would not be specific to this resort but are changes that I have been seen across the industry: The ubiquitous upcharge cabanas are an absolute plague, there can be lines at the bars and the alcohol is cheap quality. Also I very much appreciate the photographers who happily offer pictures but I felt the prices they were charging for digital images were borderline offensive. Again, all of this is nearly everywhere you go these days. Despite this, overall I feel I had a great time in a beautiful resort with wonderful staff; I had a great time and would recommend this stay to anyone I know.
