We stayed at The Georgian Court Hotel from April 23rd to April 25th, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our trip to Vancouver started off rough due to some personal challenges, and my kids were upset and crying during the drive. However, the moment we checked in, Aijaz at the front desk completely changed the tone of our trip. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and his kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. Matthew and Sasha were also extremely helpful and courteous, taking time to explain the city to us and recommending places to visit. They truly gave us the best concierge experience we’ve had anywhere. One night, I had a last-minute work meeting and couldn’t take it from my room. The night auditor (of Indian background, unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly accommodating and set me up comfortably in the lobby at midnight so I could work peacefully. To top it all off, we were surprised with a suite upgrade during our stay — something we weren't expecting but greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find hotel staff that make you feel truly cared for — but the team here made it happen. Congratulations to the Georgian Court team for running such an amazing property. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Bedding in super comfortable and rooms were very quiet. I loved the little touches, like reusable glass water bottles in every room and filtered water available on every floor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I always prefer Best Western, but I think this is the nicest one I've ever stayed in. The only thing I didn't like was that the floor of the shower stall was slippery. It was textured but I felt it could have used a mat as well, as I did slip a few times.

Perfect boutique style hotel. Rooms were generously sized, not too big and not too compact. Everything was spotlessly cleaned. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. Location is central to everything we wanted to do - plenty of options within walking distance. Other than the occasional siren or seagull rooms are very quiet and no noise could be heard from surrounding rooms. Italian restaurant within the hotel had very good food as well. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Vancouver.

This was a beautiful hotel. When we got there we were warmly greeted and welcomed. It is very easily accessible from the road and close to a grocery store which means that you can walk to it. The room was also beautiful, the bedding was nice, there was a safe, a yoga mat, a scale, and many more amenities. It is an amazing hotel.

We lost an item during our stay. It was just a piece of clothing that had great sentimental value, nothing expensive at all. They are not responding to my email and say that there’s absolutely nothing they can do to help on the phone. A shame. It’s not like we’re asking for money or something, just some signs that you at least tried to help us find our stuff back.
