My family’s recent stay at the hotel confirmed that all the positive reviews are accurate- wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, all the way from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Every single member seemed genuinely happy to assist with various requests. Thank you to Stephanie for all of her kind help during the stay as well as the helpful recommendations regarding activities during our visit to Vancouver. Also want to mention Bianca, Waleed, Madeline and Laurie. Rooms were spotless and comfortable with quiet A/C and even though the hotel was almost at capacity during the FIFA games, we didn’t have any noise issues or waits at the elevator. Highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers.

We were greeted by Axel at the door ready to take our luggage. Ellen checked us in with a big smile and welcomed us! Our room was clean and comfortable. Through out our stay all the staff were eager to help us whether to recommend a restaurant, order a cab or just explain a few things with the area. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Only due to the room cleanliness, we rated our experience a ‘2’. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, however, was unclean. The floors were sticky and surfaces had not been wiped down. Dust on chairs and other surfaces. No response from staff to at least wipe floors, even though we were told housekeeping would come and correct the issues

Staff were great. Good location. We were there right before the FIFA games started...and this is right across the street from the stadium. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff excellent, room really clean and restaurant was very good bit dark at nite staff excellent very helpful. Great location.
