Website is misleading. You will not have a tub in your room and the sauna/spa closes early. Room service too. Rooms are just ok. Very sterile & bright white lighting. Would’ve booked elsewhere if the website was more accurate to the experience.

Loved the place as an in visual hotel and not huge! People helpful ! Next to Frankie’s for breakfast and dinner so not far to walk when on tight schedule! Place lovely and clean with all you could need ! Great bed!

My daughter and I stayed here as we were attending a concert at Rogers Arena. I must say this is one of the cleanest hotels that I've stayed at, the service was very friendly, and it is close to pretty much anything that you would need.

The property was conveniently located near stadiums, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Every touch made the experience delightful, especially the slippers and robe. I also appreciated the glass carafes and filtered water

Efficient and helpful front desk. Good sized rooms. Great coffee machine in room and refillable glass carafes for filtered water a nice touch. Convenient locations in all directions. Adjacent to yaletown, downtown, skytrain. Well suited for a business trip. Booked to return in Feb
