Clean rooms, gorgeous views, great food, but the reason we have been 4 times, is because of the amazing staff! Arasay the premium manager, victor at the pool bar, yahira at the snack bar, amaury and Richel and everyone at the lobby bar, anays, Livia. The gourmet romantic restaurant is absolutely delicious!!! Big shout out to Sandra, Zahira, Habby, Yanivia and India at the romantic restaurant. Don't hesitate to go. The people here will warm your heart! This is the experience we need, best customer service ever!!!
Head injuries at main pool bank

Before the main entry building there is a pool. The bank of the pool is very slippery, my head is hurt. Fortunately my back hit the stones first as the other tourist told me. Not recommend this place. My vacation was ruined by their careless pool construction - very slippery. I did not have effort to sue the hotel, but I really should.
