Missing WestJet dollars
If you completed an eligible flight, WestJet Vacations package, or car rental, but did not receive your WestJet dollars, please submit a request for the missing amount.
Before you make your request, please double-check your WestJet Rewards transaction history to see if your account was credited. It can take up to 30 days after travel is completed for WestJet dollars to be posted.
