Ticket receipts

Electronic ticket receipts for past flights can be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • Booking is made on WestJet.com or through WestJet’s contact centre
  • Guest is a WestJet Rewards member
  • WestJet Rewards ID was added to booking
  • Flight was completed within the last 13 months

Receipts cannot currently be issued for bookings made through non-WestJet.com sites, WestJet Vacations bookings or ancillary options (e.g. seat upgrade, baggage etc).
