The resort was clean. The staff was very professional and accommodating. They made us feel like family. I was impressed with Chloe, Laura, Antonio and Alberto. But our pool server Nico was amazing!!! He met our every need and was anticipating when we needed more drinks and food. He had a smile on his face constantly and was so friendly to us. He is a gem!! I pray that you realize what great employees you have. I would recommend your resort to anyone. It was the best vacation we have ever taken.

They keep the whole resort spotless. It’s impressive inside and out. The atmosphere was good. Adults, young adults and children. I think everyone has a good time. I liked their night time events. They were good. The food selection is great. Gustavo at the pool was excellent. Quick and he knew what we wanted to drink after one day. Nice person friendly and efficient. You can’t ask for more! The beach area nice and clean. The sellers on the beach were NOT pushy. A simple no thank was all it took. Would go there again!

This resort is old and dated. They have done few updates but its few and far between. My partner has had a time share here with these folks for over 15 years and there is ALWAYS an issue when we stay here. The service here is terrible and so is the food!

I had never been to Cabo before but it did not dissappoint! I was impressed with Villa Del Palmer’s friendly and helpful staff as well, and ended up getting help from Smith quite a bit who was great. While our room was just okay, the grounds, pools, beach, and food were impressive! If you’re looking for an all inclusive place to stay this would be a great choice for you. If you don’t want the all inclusive package, buying a la carte is quite expensive (esp around spring break), but our room had a kitchenette. Wal Mart is a 10 min cab ride away.

We love this resort, food, service, drinks, everything, will be back!! And the best of everything Esther the pool server was amazing she’s the best, so kind, honest. It’s was my birthday and she remember and give me a cake and a shot, it’s was so nice.
