Carlos Fausto was awesome! Great service all week! Attentive and efficient! Enjoyed the sports bar at the Villa Palmar all week! Carlos went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service! No complaints would highly recommend the sports bar at Villa Palmar.

Misael Guzman in the pool area was fantastic. Hard worker and gave fantastic service. Very attentive, friendly, and considerate. Highly recommend finding Misael in the pool area. Misael aims to always please, never say no attitude, and honestly elevated our experience in the pool area

We stayed a week soaking up the sun at the pool. We had Nico the first day and came back to his section every time. He was fantastic! Very kind and fun! Our orders were always correct and our glasses were never empty. Highly recommend you spend a pool day with Nico! I cannot speak highly enough of him. We will be coming back.

The name tags say “yes I can” the actions speak differently. The lack of care from the majority of the staff demonstrates a lack of leadership, which is further evident by management responses to reviews. You see continued reviews calling out poor service, with a management commitment to discuss it in meetings. The problems will not go away without training and intervention. It’s not uncommon to ask for something multiple times to never receive it. This was not an isolated experience, nor was it isolated to one area of the resort. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly.

Dont waste your time and money. If your not an owner of the time share or eleite member the service is horrible. Dont get seated if they have owners or elite members in line. Very obvious the service is catored to owners. Every bar trip or meal you have to sign a reciept even while on all inclusive. Makes wait times 15-20 min for everything. Pool side they take away saved seats for owners and elite members. Never staying at this establisbment again!
