Booked with DVC points through a friend. Excellent room, beautiful ambience and very close to the Magic Kingrom. Great to watch the fireworks from the balcony. Our daughter stepped on a bee at the pool - the staff couldn't do enough to help and even gave her (after asking us what her favourite character was) some free stitch merchandise from 'Mickey' this was a lovely touch. We had nothing to fault during our two night stay.

What I love most about this resort is the fact that you don't hear any noise outside your room. It totally quiet and the pool is a treat. They have activities for the kids all day long which is a huge plus for families with kids. You can rent pontoon boats for $49 for half an hour and sail around the neighboring disney resorts. The restaurant 1900 is to avoid ?? the worst food ever ! The resort is exactly 15 minutes walk to Magic kingdom! The staff at the reception is not hospitable but rather short and curt. The valet and housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. I think you should put some of them at the reception. We will definitely go back!

We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of or holiday. We have been lucky enough to stay here serval times I would say 4 times in the past and this was our worst stay here. I think it comes down to the room which was already showing signs of wear especially the shower and the pressure was also poor.and possibly the room positioning as it seemed to get a echo boom from the fireworks nightly without any visual of them . It Still a great hotel and super clear and convenient for the magic kingdom. It’s hard because all Disney hotels are pretty good but I think we preferred to be in Epcot resort area now the kids are older so probably the last time we will stay here

Excellent hotel, well worth the money. Hotel itself is elegant (more for older kids and adults who can appreciate it). Room was comfortable and beautiful. I had a view of the water and monorail. room was quiet. Hotel was in walking distance to magic kingdom and polynesian. Beautiful bars (lobby bar and Belle's bar upstairs) and restaurants. Pools are not that extravagant but good enough. you can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the hotel or balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Disney world. Our kids had the best time. Everything is right there and seeing the fireworks from the hotel is breathtaking. Excellent location.
