Absolutely the worst service. Several of my friends and I have booked a resort pass with them. It seems they didn’t price their product correctly, so they ended up cancelling all of our reservations without any notification or an apology. So appalling and I think that if you made a mistake, you have to own it and can’t just cancel people’s reservations like that. At the very least apologize, but you can’t just silently cancel like that. If I would give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the worst service. This is our third visit to the Blue Haven Resort. We love the kindness of the staff. Shaneka greeted us daily and arranged taxis service for us. Smiley and Tweety kept us entertained at the pool. We won twice at Trivia. I loved the Aqua Zumba. My husband took daily kayak rides and Wesneither and Rice were helpful to him. Janet served us at breakfast and was great! Each night we had a cocktail before dinner and Sly always served and greeted us at the outdoor bar. He was outstanding. The property is very clean and we love the private beach. It is a wonderful way to relax and do as much or as little as you like. The food at the pool grill was good. I highly recommend a vacation at Blue Haven Resort.

All we can say is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Blue Haven resort exceeded all of our expectations. Jamaica use to be my favorite vacation spot but now that has changed BLUE HAVEN IS THE PLACE FOR ME! The best staff is right here. Shout out to Shaneka for dealing with my craziness she was so polite and kept a smile lol shout out to Raymond who did a great job cleaning that room at the last minute shoutout to Delcardo who went above and beyond to make sure that I got the room I wanted for my B day! Andre the bartender was great made sure my drinks were perfect. Sly and Michelle/Micheal the bartenders that took care of us when Andre was working at the restaurant were awesome kept the drinks flowing. Pedro was awesome and very energetic took care of me he brought whatever I needed to my table because I couldn’t walk around much. Romario was great he made sure my daughter and I were well taken care of. All of the staff were great I just can’t remember them all. The food the drinks the vibe is spectacular. I love the staff and Blue Haven. I strongly recommend this resort it’s Phenomenal! I have one more shoutout to Christian he is not on the resort he’s in reservations he booked my room and made my b-day special. I arrived to my room and had a bottle of wine cake and a dessert plate waiting. I suggest booking directly with the hotel it’s much better. Oh shout out to my homegirl at the restaurant salt I forgot her name she’s a little pregnant though I’m sure they know who she is lol she was great and very nice. Thank you to all of you my b-day was amazing!

We just returned from a week at this all-inclusive resort, and it truly exceeded our expectations—largely because of the outstanding staff who made our stay unforgettable. The service was consistently warm, attentive, and personalized in a way that made us feel genuinely cared for. Shaneka set the tone for exceptional hospitality from the moment we arrived, and Angi at the front desk ensured every detail was handled smoothly throughout our stay. At breakfast, Lavaud and Jackson provided fantastic service each morning, and we always looked forward to starting our day with their friendly energy. Rodney made lunch service feel effortless and enjoyable, while Pedro, Cadet, and Ben elevated our beach experience with prompt, cheerful service—whether it was delivering drinks, arranging our seating, or checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We also want to recognize Albert, whose kindness and professionalism stood out during our stay. A special shoutout to Micah for an amazing kayak tour—fun, informative, and one of the highlights of our trip. And thank you to Darlene for helping with our fishing license; she made the process quick and easy so we could get straight to enjoying our time. One of the most impressive aspects of the resort was how every single request was accommodated quickly and without hesitation. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, and their warmth is what truly differentiates this resort. A couple of suggestions: The menu at Fire & Ice felt limited, especially for guests staying a full week or longer. A rotating or expanded menu would make a big difference. Service at Salt was on the slower side during multiple visits. It would also be great to see more variety in the lunch options for guests who prefer to stay on-site rather than dine off the resort. Overall, though, the incredible staff made our vacation exceptional. Their dedication, hospitality, and genuine kindness turned a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. We are grateful for each of them and would happily return.
