I will try to be as nice as possible. Workers were very rude. We had to call technicians into our room for broken vents and hot water(no hot water) and a flood several times. The food was a 1 out of 10. The housekeepers forgot to come to our room twice. This was our first trip to the Turks and from this one experience we will not ever do all inclusive resorts much less probably not come back to Turks.

The staff were professional, friendly, courteous, polite and very attentive. The beach and swim area are small. Breakfast was excellent. A wide variety of excursions are available. We enjoyed kayaking in the mangrove, jetskying, and a sunset craze. D'Angelo and Pedro stood out has being the best staff members, yet all were fantastic. Our room was nice, and clean but roomservice appeared to have difficulty providing the fool compliment of towels. We typically had to request more than once. All of the Restaurants were good, but breakfast the outstanding. Made to order eggs and omelets, large variety of fruits. Restaurants struggled with dinner service as there were long waits between ordering and the various courses.

We travelled 6 adults and a 16 month old. Planning this family vacation for along time. It was a dream come true. This resort and its staff was fabulous in every way. We have not one negative thing to say. My family loved the atmosphere, relaxation and fun it offered without being crowded. The food was delicious and offered a nice variety, including some healthy smoothies. We would definitely go back again!!!

I enjoyed my experience! I recommend more available restaurants. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming!!! I love love love Tangie( the excursion representative). I was also advised on several occasions that I would receive a special treat in my room for my birthday but that did not occur.

Beach was excellent, and not cramped. Evening food at the Salt restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good. For a couple of days the only food available for lunch was at the pool side restaurant which was like TGI Fridays. The accommodation was OK but needs a refresh. No smart TV in our room. Drinks during the day were OK; in the evening they were much better. Staff, maid service, and security was excellent. There was one night of entertainment (a Caribbean Night), but the onsite restaurants closed so it was the only option available that evening. Exploring the gazebo in the evening is dangerous! A couple of the lights were out and there is nothing to stop someone falling 5 feet into the water. We submitted an incident report for when my wife fell. Thankfully she is a good swimmer. The onsite manager showed concern and was sympathetic, but we have heard nothing from the owners of the facility which is disappointing. My wife and I are 60 and 65 yo respectively.
