Like the title says, the resort is pretty much perfect, and the staff makes it beyond perfect. Everyone is so friendly. I'd like to shout out a few staff members in particular first. -Shaneka at the front desk. As soon as we met her at check-in, we knew it was going to be a great stay! -Rodney at the beach bar/grill. Just the friendliest, most helpful guy around! -Andre at the 360 Bar. Took SUCH good care of us. Let him make you a specialty drink of his choice! -Natalee at the beach/pool bar. I truly felt like she was my pal by the end of the trip. We had ongoing inside jokes and everything! She's the best! -Wisneither at beach rentals/activities/towels. Again, just such a nice guy who went out of his way to take extra special care of us. Literally, the only minor thing we didn't love was that the bed was quite firm. Not a big deal for us though. We can't come up with any other critique whatsoever! We are big beach people. We never even touch the pool. Their beach is quite perfect and calm, but it isn't quite the same as Grace Bay. The upside of Blue Haven's is that it's so relaxed and loungers with umbrellas are always available. Visiting Alexandra Resort to spend time on Grace Bay is far more beautiful, but it is much more difficult to get a spot on the beach. So we found that staying at Blue Haven gave us the best of both worlds. Blue Haven is very laid back, and everything shuts down at 11:00pm. We were fine with that and would choose Blue Haven over Alexandra again in the future because it was nice to enjoy the quiet relaxation in a small, intimate setting in the mornings and evenings. Alexandra is just such a large resort. Blue Haven is more our speed. Also, maybe a small thing, but other resorts seem to be so uptight with checking out towels. Not at Blue Haven. It was a much more laid back approach. We've stayed at quite a few other all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. I think everyone has probably found that the food and service can be lacking a bit compared to non-all-inclusive. The same goes with rooms, common areas, etc. being a little rough around the edges. They look great in photos, but you notice issues when there in person. Well, none of these apply to Blue Haven. The best food, friendliest service, and overall nicest resort we've been to. I could say much, much more, but I think that you can learn further details from other reviews. Overall, our stay really was just perfect. I don't understand how anyone could rate Blue Haven anything but 5 stars. The next time we visit Turks & Caicos, no research will be necessary. We already know where we'll be staying! Our stay at Blue Haven Resort was nothing short of amazing. One of the best parts of the experience was the ability to “stay at one, play at two.” Both Blue Haven and Alexendria (part of the Turks & Caicos Collection) properties are beautiful, each offering a different atmosphere, one livelier and more active, the other more relaxed and quieter. Having the option to enjoy both for one price made the trip even more enjoyable. The management and staff were attentive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The bar staff especially stood out. They were attentive, friendly, and able to make almost any specialty drink you could desire. As the saying goes, the devil is in the details, and there are just a few small updates that could really elevate the experience even further without requiring major investment. The lounge chairs by the beach and pool have definitely seen better days and are overdue for replacement. The bathrooms near the pool, lounge, and restaurant areas would also benefit from adding hooks behind the stall doors or on the walls for beach bags, purses, or cover-ups. Especially when wearing a one-piece swimsuit, it can be inconvenient having nowhere to hang belongings other than the floor. In our 2-bedroom suite, there were no USB ports or convenient outlets near the beds. Most travelers appreciate being able to charge devices bedside, and many hotels have already added this feature through bedside lamps or updated wall outlets. Small conveniences like this really make a difference. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and kept saying to each other, “We would definitely do this resort again.”

I stayed at the Blue Haven...... it was amazing. Everyone there were like family, professional, caring, friendly and helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting Gillian, who gave a warming welcome to the pool area.. she was welcomimg, goes above and beyond, always have a positve attitude.....made sure I was good and my drinks stayed topped up. Thanks for everything team Blue Haven. Gillian you continue being the warm and big hearted person you are.

Second visit. Very relaxing and quiet. No need to lay out towels at 700am to get a seat at the pool. Food and top shelf liquor was excellent. Staff very warm and approachable. Beautiful view from ocean front room. Fridge stocked with water, beer and pop etc daily

Our stay at Blue Haven Resort- All Inclusive was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The turquoise water views were breathtaking, and the private beach felt like paradise. The staff, starting with Vanessa & Shaneka went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every day. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning ocean views that made every morning special. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the fresh seafood and cocktails. We also loved how relaxing and quiet the atmosphere was compared to more crowded resorts. If you’re looking for a luxury getaway with outstanding service, beautiful beaches, and total relaxation, Blue Haven Resort- All Inclusive is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!
