One of the best all inclusive resort experiences that we have had. The Cove and beach area are wonderful for a relaxing family oriented getaway, especially for young children. In addition to amazing food, the resort offers so many fun Amenities. We did not want to leave!

It was out first trip to T&C and we loved it. Blue Haven resort was everything we imagined. The resort have limited rooms making it very exclusive. We stayed for 6 days and never had to wait for anything. Even for the elevator. The staff was mostly friendly. Special shout out to Ravi, Pedro, Kelli, Patricia and Daphne. Ravi was always on the move attending to the guests needs. He was always very attentive to the guests needs. Pedro always had a smile on his face. Happy to be help you or bring you a drink. Our day started with Kelli. She made out morning smoothies which were amazing. She was always nice and answered any questions we had with a smile on her face. Daphne took care of us at breakfast. She was always attentive to our needs. She even remembered our names and room number on the second day. She was patient and friendly with us and the kids. Patricia made awesome coffee and tea concoctions that would put Starbucks baristas to shame. My wife got her tea fix from her every night. My only negative interactions were with the front desk staff. Saying they had no idea how to talk to guests is an understatement. We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We asked for the room to be decorated on the day of her birthday through an email. One of the front desk folks replied asking for a form to be filled which we did and sent back. Which she claimed was blank at check in. We filled it again at check in and confirmed the decorations. On the day of my daughter's birthday the decorations never arrived. When we called the guy from the front desk gave us a lecture about how we didn't get charged for decorations and shouldn't be upset about it. No apology for ruining my daughter's birthday celebration. As I said no customer service skills at all. Except the front desk folks everyone else was nice. The food was good. Especially make to order pizza and omelettes. We enjoyed not having to worry about making reservations or researching were to eat. The resort has kayaks and paddle boards that you can check out for free. The water sports folks were great. Me and my family never did paddle boarding. The staff walked us through the basics and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time except the few interactions with the front desk.

With a trip filled with clouds, cooler weather, and tons of rain this was one of our favorite vacations; specifically due to the staff. They were amazing! Tishane, Coco, Smiley, and Tweety are the heart and soul of entertainment. Sure the weather was brutal, but they made sure we still had a great time! Pedro, Janet, and Nicola were some of the best servers we’ve seen. Pleasant, personable, and always smiling! The resort is perfect if you’re looking for rest and relaxation. On the quieter side and much smaller than we were used to, but exactly what we needed. Ricardo in security is amazing! Micah and the water sports team are incredible as well! They alap offer shuttle service to their sister resort The Alexandra, which is a bit larger, has more restaurants, and sits on a beautiful beach. Don’t forget to grab some snorkel gear and head to Coral Gardens and Smith Reef. You won’t regret it! Tons of fish, sea turtles, and manta rays!

Huge thank you to Romain at Blue Haven. I was at the Blue Haven Resort to do the clear boat pictures and didn't have my glasses and he let me borrow his. He was super sweet and helpful whenever I had questions. He and Rice were amazing and I'm glad I got to chat with them while there. Thanks y'all!

Blue Haven Resort is amazing! From the beautiful beach, immaculate landscaping and top notch restaurants, it was indeed paradise! But what was even better, was the staff and service! Angie and Mckayala in the office, would come check on us to make sure we didn't need or want anything. Rice at towels and watersports, Pedro who would come get your drink orders while on beach or tanning by the infinity pool, Twetty, Smiley, Leshawn, and Coco in the entertainment were amazing and kept us entertained the entire trip. I'm sure I've left some off, but everybody was so friendly! They made you feel like family! Even though the Resort is amazing, the staff makes it that much better! We had the trip of our lives and can't wait to go back!!
