Annual maintenance has begun at Crown Paradise Club Cancun and there will be some interruptions. The maintenance program includes work on furniture, bathrooms, air conditioning and kitchens, and general painting.

Excellent experience at the resort. There are so many facilities here. Lots of bars, restaurants and pools. Food variety and quality is really good Specifically the Italian restaurant - lovely food and excellent service. Would highly recommend
Worst customer service ever… room directly on top of the disco

DON’T BOOK THERE!!! I’m currently there with my family, booked directly through the hotel web site so they would get all the money instead of booking through expedia… and booked a standard plus room which I thought would get us a nicer room, they put me directly on top of the disco… which is the same thing as beeing in the disco (room 1124) Told them we would like to switch room because of the loud music up until 1am… told us maybe tommorow… bad service so far don’t go there. Went to see the manager to get a refund and the manager Rafael told us it was not his problem and that they never issue refund because everything is perfect from their part
