Hoped the past was a good representation of the future… was not.

Scheduling à la carte for a family of 5 was 930 at night only for the whole week. Kyoto was scheduled on the last night and wasn’t available any other time. 13yo is an adult and can’t have 5 adults in a room. Asked for 2 double rooms and got king & double. AC didn’t work properly in the King room. Wake at 630 to get beach chairs. Evening entertainment was mid.
Poor service at the pool and no service at the beach . And beach was dirty.

Very poor Service at the pool, there is no service at all at the beach, it was almost impossible to swim in the ocean because it was so dirty and almost no sand at the beach.
