Great Caribbean All-Inclusive

Pros: Beautiful beach with great swimming and snorkeling. Large clean pools. Very clean and well maintained resort grounds. Lots to do - beach, pools, swim-up bars, multiple buffers and restaurants, many bars, night-time and rainy day activities, family friendly. Cons: Resort staff often seemed grumpy and rarely cheerful. Rooms are small with not much sleeping space for a family. Housekeeping often failed and doing everything they should be doing. Food generally average but typical for Mexican all-inclusive. Overall: My favourite of the All-Inclusive resorts between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum.
