Very clean and responsive and grand hotel! Great food and benefits and great location! Very nice rooms and helpful staff and attentive.
A very Bland Experience

A very bland hotel, not 5-star by any standard, the staff are very unresponsive. A simple request for a packed breakfast (we had already paid for the breakfast) owing to an earlier checkout was met with three different responses: yes, no issues, maybe- please check a night before, and finally, absolutely not unless you pay $ 50, for the privilege of packing our paid Breakfast.
