Perfect location,no noisy traffic. Close to the beach and stores within walking distance. Cannot describe enough the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The dining staff were there in an instant,the bar staff were right on the ball.A huge shout out to Claudio at the poolside for going above and beyond the call of duty!, Food was great with something for everyone. Huge dessert selection. The place was spotless in every detail. The room was comfy and very quiet. Could have used a bigger bathtub. The pools were amazing and the swim up bar was incredible.

What an amazing resort. A gem amongst the resorts. We stayed for 7 days as family with a 13 year old and had absolutely amazing time. The resort is super clean. Staff was professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was amazing. Food was delicious and had sufficient varieties so that noone is hungry. When we wanted to go out of resort to visit few places, the staff was so nice and helpful with their recommendations and directions. Christian was the waiter in Chill Garden and was so fun and so nice that we kept coming back there every night. Louis was our waiter for lunch and dinner and was phenomenal. He made sure we felt like we were part of Plaza Pelicanos Beach Club family, and part of Mexico. This was our first time in Mexico and it was unforgettable due to staff at Plaza Pelicanos Beach Club Resort. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Plaza Pelicanos Beach Club Resort and ALL of your staff for memories that will stay with us forever, and we can't wait to see you all again soon.
