Why does Cocos close at 7pm nowhere to get a drink not even a bottle of water. It would be nice just to get normal sandwiches or change menu if you are in quarantine. Supply of complimentary tea and coffee would be nice.

Stayed for my 2day quarantine, the hotel itself was beautiful, I had deluxe ocean view room, the room was spacious and very clean. The only negative thing I can mention is they should provide complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. After a long flight a cup of tea or a glass of water would have been lovely.

Fabulous hotel. From the beach bar, to Coco’s for breakfast & lunch. The newly refurbished pool area, the beach with the lovely palm trees & turtles for added bonus. The rooms very spacious, clean, great large super king size beds, the balcony for great views. And of course the hard working wonderful staff. In my opinion definitely a 4 star disguised as a 3. Would come back here in a heart beat!

The hotel was nice and the staff were great. The Covid Protocols were a bit different than expected especially for my sister and mother who joined us later. They flew in from JFK and when they arrived they were tested and awaited their negative results while still being able to move about the property. They were just not allowed on the beach. They reviewed their negative test results in 12 hours and were free, or so we thought. They were contacted by the ministry of health telling them that someone on their flight tested positive for Covid and because they were in their proximity they too would need to go back into quarantine, and not the free to move about the resort quarantine, a you can’t leave your room quarantine. They had to quarantine for 5 days and then be retested and wait another 24 hrs for results.
While in quarantine they were not able to get food from the resort restaurant, for some reason the resort doesn’t have room service which is really a missed opportunity when so many people are captive consumers. You can only order from
Near by delivery places which don’t serve breakfast and forget dietary restrictions if you have any you’re out of luck unless you download the hopscotch app but even then delivery fees are upwards of $30.
Each day they left their rooms to walk downstairs to have their temperatures taken twice a day so they could log it into the BIMSafe app. Another woman at the hotel was having issues with her phone not working internationally and wasn’t able to log her temperature and was dinged by the ministry.
If you can’t afford to quarantine while you’re here don’t come to Barbados until the ministry gets its act together.
The resort was great but the restaurant not having a delivery option is a huge issue for anyone who has to quarantine.

My sweet husband and i booked Coconut Court after a horrible experience with a "guest house" the week of August 1-7, 2021. We booked the resort the morning of august 1st and after a rather long check in wait, we were placed in room 27. What a delight. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Large and comfortable bed. The view from our room was amazing. Our stay was comfortable and we had no problems.
I do have one thing I must mention.
The floor of the bathroom and shower was a bit slippery when wet. They charge for local calls and the one day we left the sign out for housekeeping it didn't happen. We were not angry because the less we came in contact with individuals was better for as as we visited during Covid.
All in all we were very pleased with our stay at coconut court.
