it was a nice stay.Compared to other places in the world it was to expensive for a 5 star hotel.The kitchen was in many parts absolutely no 5 stars. It has been bad luck we couldn't go into the ocean because of the black water.

Our experience at O2 couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived Anthony at checkin was amazing and Johnathan our Ambassador made us feel like family. This boutique hotel is truly a gem. Small but spectacular. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The food was amazing and the star of our dining experience was ORO. The meal was indeed fine dining and exquisite. THE BEACH was breathtaking. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculate. Trey made sure we were well taken care of on the beach. I wish I remembered the name of all the personnel as everyone did a phenomenal job. I can’t wait to return.

This our second visit as a family and we must say it has delivered everything just as good as last years visit. The rooms are amazing and the morning view can’t be beat! The food has been amazing in all restaurants especially oro and elements Italian nights. But we must say the best bits of the hotel really are the staff that make it and hopefully be another reason we will return again! Big shouts out to Tanny, Trish, Dwayne, and of course everyone else as they are all amazing just to many to name and it would not be the same with out any of you. Special thanks to Ton for sorting all our restaurant reservations out for us making it so easy for our party. Let’s hope we will be back!!

The O2 is a nice medium-sized resort for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it is always easy to find someone to help with a question or problem. Rooms are clean, the food is very good, and best of all it is not over-crowded. We were there in shoulder season so the resort was not at capacity, so reservations were easy to obtain for the better dining. It is a short drive from the airport (taxi service is rate-controlled, no need to book a private transport or shuttle).

I had such a great time at this luxurious resort. I knew I would from the moment I arrived and saw the pink poolside theme (my favourite colour!) The staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful. The oceanfront Luxury Junior Suite on the adult-only sunset side of the resort had the best view of the beach and pool. I miss going to sleep with the balcony doors open to the sound of the ocean. I loved the layout of the property, offering a family friendly environment with an adults-only section. There was so much choice when it came to dining, from informal pizzas around the pool and takeaway afternoon tea to laidback lunches at Elements and Bluefin beachside Grill. Fine dining at Oro with a live singer and saxophonist is wonderful, and tapas at Brisa must be booked because of the panoramic view! If you can afford to, book a beachside Bubble Dinner by candlelight.
