Regional Aircraft type will vary between 3- and 14-seat configurations; baggage restrictions and applicable fees may apply. A land transfer from the regional airport to/from the hotel is also provided.

Sand, large pool, ocean beach with paddle boards and kayaks, huge suites with all the amenities, and very friendly staff: it was a five-star experience.
Beautiful Wedding at Umaya

We had our wedding at Umaya Resort in Placencia, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great, and the whole weekend went off without a hitch. Roberto, the wedding coordinator, was incredible—he was with us from the early planning stages in late 2024 all the way through the day itself, making sure everything ran smoothly. All of the guests had a fantastic time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were friendly, the setting was beautiful, and the atmosphere was just right. I can highly recommend Umaya for anyone planning a destination wedding or just looking for a relaxing vacation in Belize.
