Our anniversary celebration in Banff was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rimrock Resort Hotel. Every interaction exceeded our expectations, making it one of the most memorable resort experiences I've ever had. From the complimentary room upgrade to the concierge's impressive ability to secure a last-minute table for the 7-course tasting menu at Eden, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.

So many pillows!!! Helpful with my distress daughter, 8yrs, who was frightened by some rowdy guests… they left and the pillows helped as well as the white chocolate brought up by the day manager on duty. So considerate he is. Manas R, I believe

I used to come to the Rimrock as a teenager every year during Christmas break, and haven’t been in about 15 years. I had a nostalgic moment hanging out in the lobby and using the hot tub/steam room facilities. It’s definitely showing its age in both the pool area especially, and the bathrooms in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price IMO, and the food was average. Next time I will skip the breakfast and head to some place in town. Overall a decent stay.

We celebrated our anniversary in Banff and Rimrock went above-and-beyond on every interaction to provide one of the best resort/hotel experiences I've ever had. Our experience at The Rimrock was incredible! The literal and figurative warmth provided by such a beautiful place and the staff was an idyllic setting to spend our honeymoon. The views from our room were breathtaking. We were so excited to get out and enjoy the outdoors, but we loved coming back in the afternoons/evening. The valet/bell desk, front desk and concierge team, waiters, bartenders, hosts/hostesses and even the engineers who assisted with a running toilet provided such an amazing customer service experience.
