Guests and visitors of the hotel during this timeframe will be extended complimentary valet service, and will have their vehicles parked offsite. To ensure efficient service, we kindly request that guests provide a minimum of 30 minutes notice for the valet team to retrieve their vehicles at any point during their visit.

An amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at the rimrock! All employees were kind and friendly, a special thanks to Julie at the bell desk who went above and beyond each day. The food was delicious, particularly the breakfast at primrose. Shout out to Ben and Nicholas! We’ll be back!
Great hotel with stunning views

Recently stayed for three nights. Great stay. Slightly out of Banff centre but view more than makes up for that as does the complimentary bus pass for travel down to/back from town centre. Stunning valley views from our room and from the Larkspur restaurant/lobby area. Prompt and attentive service in all areas. Excellent service from Rhona & Lauren in Larkspur & Primrose. Only one issue during stay and this was promptly dealt with. Would have been good to try Divas but was closed every night for private functions.
