My husband and I had a 4 night stay at the beginning of September. The Malcolm is our favourite place to stay in Canmore. We love being able to walk somewhere for breakfast or dinner. Or you can step out the door and have a beautiful walk along policeman’s creek to the river and beyond. The staff are always friendly and the rooms clean. We also enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tubs anytime of year.

Everything was top notch at the Malcolm! First timing staying here and would recommend! Location is perfect, the views from the balcony and pool area are breathtaking! Even the text messages each day letting us know the temps for the day were appreciated!

Fantastic, friendly and efficient service. Great location in Canmore. Beautiful building and facilities.
Price is steep for what they offer.

The Malcolm is a nice hotel, has a great location and it was very clean. However, we could not get the WiFi to work all evening, we heard the guests upstairs walking above us all night long and front desk workers were not welcoming. This surprised us because everyone else we encountered at our other stays were so friendly and helpful. Not sure The Malcolm is worth the cost.

My wife and I stayed at the Malcolm for 3 nights. We had a Mountain View room with a nice balcony on the third floor. The room, bed, bathroom and amenities were all great. The service we received from everyone at the hotel was great. Highly recommended.
