Malcolm hotel was a good choice as it was close to downtown Canmore. Easy walking to resturants and shops.

Always a blast! My kids love the pools, The service is great, there’s a cute gym and the restaurant is great! The cafe is overpriced but still great. My favorite place in Canmore to be honest! In the winter there’s a beautiful fire pit, the Christmas tree is huge and just an overall beautiful atmosphere- we are regulars for a reason!

My wife & I have been wanting to go here for a while. Finally happened,happy we did. Excellent atmosphere great rooms. Outdoor pool & hot tubs fantastic. Will definitely be going back. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Ambiance was woodsy and inviting . They was a relaxing area with board games , pool table to keep you amused if it’s a cold day. The view was amazing !!!!heated parking , nice and clean everywhere!!!!

During my recent stay at The Malcolm, I had a Royal King Mountain View room, I encountered an unexpected issue regarding the amenities in my room. Typically, I've always enjoyed having a small dining table across from the bed, with additional seating just behind the convertible bed/couch. However, to my surprise, my room during this particular stay did not include the dining table. Upon informing the front desk of my preference for a room with a dining table, I was met with confusion. The staff seemed unaware of the existence of such room options, suggesting that they may have been newer employees who hadn't encountered this request before. They even pointed out that the website did not mention this feature in their room descriptions. Despite their assertion, I recalled having this amenity in the past and noted that the website did indeed showcase it in the room photos. It took some effort on my part to demonstrate to two separate staff members where on the website this feature was displayed. I inquired whether the hotel had been phasing out these furnishings, but was assured that they were not. Nevertheless, the interaction left me feeling as though I was being disbelieved for simply requesting a feature I had previously enjoyed. I would also like to bring to the attention of the manager an observation regarding the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, as my daughter played with her large squishy ball, I noticed it had accumulated a significant amount of hair. This suggests that the carpets may not have been vacuumed thoroughly prior to our arrival.

The Malcolm Hotel is my favourite place to stay in Canmore.I love the mountain view and the patio is the absolute best! The hot tub is an excellent amenity. The beds are very comfortable and the coffee/ bar area is a nice addition..especially the Nesspresso coffee.
