Beautiful hotel, gorgeous location. This was my second visit. It is a short walk to downtown and has free underground parking. The restaurant is great - very tasty food and staff are welcoming and genuine. There is also a coffee shop on site and the second floor (open to first floor) is a great place to relax and read a book. The outdoor hot tub is how I started and ended each day, and the bed was so comfortable I didnt want to leave. It's a magical hotel for a magical place.

The sheets were pilling a ton and made for an uncomfortable sleep. But the hotel was great otherwise. The rooftop pool/ hot tub was spectacular.

The Malcolm is an amazing resort! The rooms & overall property are impeccable, the staff are very friendly & professional and the location is stunning!

A beautiful hotel for a lovely family wedding. Highly reccommended. Beaultiful and clean with highly attentive staff. The ballroom vistas are magnificent.

My wife, our 17-year old son, and I stayed at the Malcolm for a five day visit to the Canadian Rockies. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable and the property was a great place to spend several days. The property is located in a mixed-use development with its own amenities but the Canmore town center is only about 5 minutes away by foot. We were able to pop in and out of town for shopping and food if we wanted. As a gateway to Banff and Jasper NPs, this was a perfect place to stay. We asked the concierge to set up a night hike for us and it was a great experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
