Couples visit. Loved staying near downtown Playa del Carmen. Accommodation was pretty much as expected. Clean comfortable and great air conditioning. Always hot water for shower. Loved the pool area!! Enjoyed the restaurants but sometimes food is a little fancy for our taste. Nice beach area and they work hard trying to clean the seaweed. Had some good music in the evenings but the comedy night was definitely lacking. Fun sports bar and speak easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Will definitely return!

Wrapping up an incredible stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen and could not leave without sharing my experience! First, the activities are truly outstanding. There is something going on throughout the entire day, so make sure you check the calendar daily — you won’t want to miss anything! I did aqua aerobics with Erik, who was absolutely awesome and made the experience so fun and energetic. The food across all the restaurants was excellent. The Asian restaurant was a standout — my server, who was from Colombia, was incredibly kind, attentive, and made wonderful dinner suggestions that I truly enjoyed. The Italian restaurant also delivered a fantastic dinner experience, and Carnivore, the steak restaurant and ceviche restaurant were both amazing as well. So much variety and all of it delicious! At the beach area, Yessi deserves a special shoutout. Her service was spectacular — she was always checking on me, bringing drinks and food, and making sure I was completely taken care of. That kind of attentiveness makes all the difference! I also loved the diversity of the staff — it was something that really stood out and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The pools, the location, everything about this hotel just works perfectly together. I am already planning my next visit. If you are thinking about going, just do it — you will not regret it! ?

It was a great experience staying at Devossion specially with very friendly people, specially Ana, Cesar, and Roberto who helped us a lot and made our experience unforgettable. The place is S tier and these people are S+.
