The worst experience. Raccoons ?? everywhere the staff knows about that and they did nothing. No AC in all restaurants only in the rooms. Food is bad and cheap. If you like to have a ok food guess what? You have to pay for it it’s not free 1 steak $150 US dollars wow all inclusive? What a joke resort . Will never go back

My sister and I just returned from a week at this resort and it was wonderful!! WE had an amazing room with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were absolutely the best. We had the greatest pool person GERRARDO who took excellent care of us in our cabana each day! We celebrated my sister's birthday and AMERICA was so helpful in planning a surprise cake. Water aerobic class with MELANIE was so fun! Our room was extremely clean and the noise level was quiet. We were looking for an atmosphere that was mellow, but also exciting and it was a prefect balance. The location was also perfect, we had the beauty of the beach and ocean but just walking outside the resort we were 2 blocks from an area with lively bars and shopping. It was perfect! Definitely recommend this for what we paid for - it was great! We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful resort with lovely staff. We really enjoyed the activities with Andres, Melanie, America, Erick (bartender) and Erick (tour guide and activities). We particularly liked the alebrije painting, the bike tour, the mixology duel and decorate your t- shirt. We felt like we learned a bit more about the Mexican culture thanks to these activities. The food was delicious and we were never hungry or thirsty. I loved the Japanese restaurant and the taco pop ups. Breakfast was also diverse and delicious. Even though you have to pay for the spa there was lots of relaxing, and massage demos going around. Great time all around and I highly recommend it.

This resort was amazing! The staff is so genuine and kind! The food and daily activities were absolutely outstanding! Volleyball and the water workouts were highlights for sure! Melanie and Erik are the best! Tessa was one of our favorite servers and Roberto one of our favorite bartenders! Everything was so clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Mexico! Will definitely be planning another stay!

This resort was amazing! Staff took such good care of their guests, the activities ran by Melonie, Arik and Andreas were fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!
