We visit Sunscape resort and spa, first week of Feb 2026, the check in process was smooth, the ocean view from the spacious room was amazing, the hotel is tip top cleaned, has variety of food options fresh and taste amazing, all day activity for kids, drinks and cocktail all day long zero seaweed, beautiful beach white sand clean and crystal clear.

We had a great trip. Clean, safe atmosphere. Food was great. We really enjoyed the Cafe Mexico with Geremias and Benito!

Food was very delicious, with good portions, our waiter Josue was amazing, making sure we were taken care of at every step.

So just got here last night and we wrote an email requesting a specific room and was confirmed by Julian Ornelas the reservation manager also on our air transat app we get here we get the opposite if what we requested we actually the roooms we specifically didnt want we are celebrating 2 birthdays and this is very bad and dissapointing ill do another review if this.doesnt get fixed by today

We LOVE Sunscape Cancun!!! Our kids absolutely love the candy and ice cream shop!!!
