Our stay was from 6/28 to 7/04. We are really pleased with all the attention, guidance and service during our stay. Excellent!

Great location and wonderful people. Lucia was amazing as our host both night in the Italian and steak house restaurants. We also had superb service from Karina, Jerry and the poolside waitstaff. Food was on par and there are plenty of options for everyone.

First time staying here, we stayed for a total of 4 days with my wife and two sons (under 2). I loved how kid friendly the resort it is. There’s enough space at the pool and plenty kid splash zones, they have family time at the child center (since they’re too young to be drop off), and to-go plates at the restaurants (favorite part with two littles). Customer service was excellent. Every time we asked for extra towels or blankets they responded quickly. Lastly, I enjoyed the spa so much, Luis was phenomenal, he was professional and made me feel comfortable while getting a massage. His fully body massage service is a must. I hope to return soon!

This resort is AMAZING!!! I took my 2 boys for a graduation trip and we had the best time!!! The staff here is incredible and they work so hard to make sure you have the best time. From the front desk, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping, entertainment coordinators, beach waitstaff to the security. EVERYONE WAS AMAZING! We ate at all of the restaurants and they were all great. The food here is homemade and fresh. The pool side tacos were our favorite!! Our room was very nice and the stocked minibar was a nice addition. We also loved the hammock on the balcony. The beds were some of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The beach here is absolutely beautiful and they did an amazing job of cleaning up the seaweed. For about $400 a night with all drinks food and entertainment included this place is a steal!! We will be back ASAP!!! Special thank you to the overnight desk staff that was so helpful and understanding when my 18 year old son disappeared with some other kids late night and ended up getting arrested. This was an extremely stressful situation and they did everything they could to help me get him back. For a single Mom in a foreign country they went above and beyond to help me.

The resort was amazing the staff and overall service was so lovely everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly they really made the experience. A plus at the end was getting an amazing massage from Luis as a goodbye as we were leaving the resort which was much appreciated as he tended to the whole group and provided relaxing head and neck massages. Thank you Luis!
