Was told vp services its your honeymoon I want to give you special promotion. Never told us we had to sit thru presentation. Oh well wasted 2 hours of our time. Made $200 right? No wrong wouldnt accept it at the resort even when they told us it would be applied at the end of our stay. Wouldn't accept it and was lied to multiple times. Also the gift shop is complete scam. $52usd for sunscreen that the people need and you know that they cant fly with it. They act like they care so deeply about the people who stay here but rip them off. Its not worth it none of it. Also didnt tell us about transportation had to be requested 48hrs in advance. We even called to check and all they said was look for guy in blue shirt. We had to get own transportation from airport which cost $110. Overall screwed us out of $310. Thanks for treating us like crap

The two massage therapist Angel & Isa (Isaura) are ALWAYS fantastic!! We’ve come to see for 3 years now!! Our pool drink guys are always amazing as well- Romario & Max- they know our drink orders the very 1st day! The food is always amazing!! The waiter at the Mexican restaurant Mitchell (Michlor) always remembers us as well! We look forward to coming to the resort every year! We like the smaller size, it allows us to be more personal with the staff who always treat us like family! Even spent time with Paola and talked balloon art!

Entertainment and service staff were the star. Armando at the bar took exceptional care of us. He went above and beyond, and knew our names by the 2nd day we were there. He had great suggestions for both adults and kids in our group. You'll definitely want to hit Casa de Rosa for dinner, and get with Guillermo about wines.

Save your money and book elsewhere! This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at by far. The service is awful, they don’t care about customer service at all. The food is bad, we got sick one night from it, and it’s listed as a 5 star resort and honestly I don’t know why, the most I would give it is a 3. The hotel and rooms and so outdated and old. The humidity inside the hotel is so bad that the floors and walls and all of our stuff would be wet from it. My son slipped a fell so many times from the floor being wet. AC vents will be dripping water on you from the ceiling pretty much wherever your go but especially is the buffet area. Would never stay here again. Also they were playing every single fifa World Cup game except the Iraq vs Norway one and when I asked them to put it on they said we’re not going to play that one, you can watch it in your room. I thought it was disrespectful of them to say but that’s my personal opinion. Book at your own risk.

Excellent Service! The staff goes above and beyond to make our stay the best! The food was delicious!
