We loved ever moment of our beach getaway. The good - amazing! The activities - fun and attainable, something for everyone. The staff - so kind and helpful. The evening shows- enjoyable. The room accommodations could use some updates. The overall experience was 4.5 stars.

Great dinner at Azul! The food was absolutely delicious and Angel gave us perfect service. He was very professional and attentive. Highly recommended! 5 stars

What a great experience! No complaints. Food was great and always available. Pool lounges always available with rolled up towel every morning, no towel card needed. Very accommodating and special rates offered when our stay had to be extended by 4 days due to snow storm and airport closures. See photo for all the friendly staff names! Jose, Ceasar, RAFAEL, Manuel, Felix, Guiellmare, Amando, Geovani, Lucia, Pauline, Sandy, Bigmac. Will definitely return.

We were excited to visit this resort based on comments by other guests. Below I'm providing our experience and pros/cons of this resort. Overall, it's an excellent option for families/ couples wishing to enjoy Cancun, relax, enjoy the beach and great food. Pros: * Excellent location on the beach * Specialty restaurant food is outstanding. Especially the Sunset Grill and Italian restaurants. * WIFI averaged 15-20mb for us in the room and at the beach. * Employees were sincerely helpful and nice. * Cafe with coffee and snacks open 24/7. * Candy/Ice Cream shop is a hit! * Our room was a junior suite on the 5th floor looking out to the beach. Excellent room, clean, quiet and great housekeeping. * Arrived early, but was able to immediately start using the resort and food. * Felt safe * Night time entertainment that created noise outside was always done by 10pm. * Nightly shows were good. Cons: * The lunch and dinner buffet is very average compared to other resorts we have stayed at. BUT, see comment above about specialty restaurants. * Guests will drop and towel and book on a beach chair and hold the chair all day! This is rude and inconsiderate of other guests who also want to get a bit of shade on the beach. We say chairs sit empty for hours with only a book or small bag. * Check-in process - we arrived at around noon and the check-in process took too long. At one point, there was only a single employee helping guests check-in.

Amazing resort for family with children and lots of entertainment and activities. Amazing restaurants , cafe's and welcoming staff.
