the candy shop is so welcoming

We had one of best vacations ever at Sunscape! We loved everything about this resort: it's clean, well decorated, has good food and entertainment, and the best hotel staff ever. Big shout out to the activities staff (esp Ivan who does the morning yoga class, and Antonio, Christian and Esteban who kept us entertained and in shape every day!) We will be returning and are recommending to everyone we know.

Not the largest all-inclusive full of amenities (there are other Hyatts in Cancun for that), but it was nice, well-kept, beds were extremely comfortable, and the food was actually AMAZING! Limited loungers by the pool since there's only one moderately sized pool and a smaller one, but there's some great cabanas if you want to rent them. The staff was friendly. Bring money for tips...first because the staff is great, and 2nd because they really didn't have the capability to break bills to give you change for tips. Best part besides the food: hammocks on the patio!!! Do yourself a favor and get an ocean front or ocean view so you can enjoy the hammock in it's full glory!

Overall, a great experience at Sunscape. Room was spacious and clean, easy access to pool, restaurants, and beach. Unfortunately the bedroom faced the streetside, noise from car travel woke us up in the night. I wish the windows were thicker. Food was better than expected from an all inclusive. Staff was very responsive and courteous. Would recommend.

Paulina at the pool was so attentive and personable! We enjoyed our day spent with her!
