Here for a solo, short weekend. Using points. Overall very good stay. View from the room is excellent. For so far has been good I am looking forward to the Italian restaurant tonight. Has been really easy to get reservations upon arrival and check in. Aqua Aerobics and pool activity have been great. Huge shout out to David, Emilio, Jesus and Michelle for bringing the energy and vibes! Great check in experience by Eli - he was great and very helpful. Bars have been great! Looking forward to the next 2 days!

Roberto provided exceptional service during our visit to Flama Steakhouse inside the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great dining experience. He anticipated our needs, offered excellent recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without ever being intrusive. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made our evening even more enjoyable and memorable. Roberto is a true asset to Flama Steakhouse, and we look forward to returning because of the excellent hospitality he provided. Highly recommend asking for Roberto if you want a first-class dining experience!

This was our second vacation at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe. We first came when our son was 18 months and now return when he is 3 1/2. It was like coming back to visit La familia. The hospitality and care we receive from the staff here is phenomenal. Samuel and Andres are a best-in-class team! They remembered us from the last time we visited and went above and beyond to make us feel so special and welcomed. This hotel is perfect for families. Our son loved the pools and enjoyed playing with children from all over the world. What a restful and joyous vacation. Thanks to the entire Hilton Mar Caribe team … especially Samuel and Andres!
