The Steakhouse restaurant provided top notch service and the chocolate flan was the best dessert I had in a long time. Thank you to Jair and his team!

We just spent a week here with our family and Italian exchange student. This is our 4th year here and it did not disappoint. The staff here are top notch! Here are our favorites, look for them and you will get outstanding service: Leon, Leo and JC Baak (pool server) Andres and Samuel (buffet) Santos(entertainment) Ruben (Enclave lounge) Occupancy is very low right now and we had no issues making reservations for the 5 of us. With that being said there have been some cuts, like no Brazilian steak table side:( and 1 restaurant is closed every night(rotating). Even with that we still had a great time! Can't wait for next time.

The hydrotherapy was exceptional along the message by Lidia. Lidia really made my vacation time memorable and relaxing.

I vacationed at this Hotel for the first time this year. There are some good restaurants specially Japanis that I enjoyed very much. The beach in front of hotel is great. Also I do yoga and was lucky to be at the same time as Saline Ginger who was instructor at the hotel at the same time. Classes were great!! Excellent way to start your day. Sometimes it is difficult to find classes and instructor while traveling but this time really worked out for me and with facility and with instructor .
