Our family had a wonderful experience this past week. We had two enclave rooms and traveled with our two college age children. Harlin was our concierge representative and he was amazing. He helped us experience amazing dinners, and experiences. Truly a blessing to Hilton.

My significant other and I are just wrapping up our stay at this all-inclusive resort in Cancun, and everything about it exceeded our expectations. The resort itself, the food, the rooms, the service, and the people were all absolutely amazing. Every single employee we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience special. One of the highlights of our trip was the spa experience. We had an incredible time with our masseuses, Fernanda and Veronica, who were both professional, attentive, and made the experience truly relaxing and memorable. The entertainment and activities team also deserves a huge shoutout. They brought so much energy to the resort—always engaging, inclusive, and full of personality. There was never a dull moment thanks to the wide variety of events and activities they organized throughout the day and night. Overall, this was an unforgettable vacation, and we would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-rounded all-inclusive experience in Cancun. We would definitely come back!

Jose chacon was an amazing bartender/server! He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and excellent service made our experience even better. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and kept the drinks coming with a smile. If you’re lucky enough to have Jose taking care of you, you’re in great hands. Thank you, Jose, for making our visit memorable!

I’m on here to review a few of the employees who REALLY stood out for their service. Reyes took care of us at the pool every day. He was amazing!!! He was quick, attentive, funny, and kind. He genuinely loves his job and cares about the service he provides. He is a gem. Jonathan a bartender who mainly worked in the buffet area bar was always happy and friendly. He made it a point to always address my adult children by name and befriended them. They said all week that Jonathan was “their guy”. 2 Tony’s to recognize. Tony at the hibachi restaurant is so talented and made the meal fun and totally put on a show. Other Tony as poolside entertainment was a party. He helped get the guests involved in everything he was in charge of. Talented, fun, and funny! The people made this stay so enjoyable! Thank you so much!- From Utah ??
