?????

Our first encounter upon our arrival was with Daniel at the front desk. We felt like old friends by the time we departed PEI. He was very knowledgeable re: the area and made excellent recommendations to help us spend our time wisely while visiting. We were impressed when Susan called to share news about the ferry not running that we had mentioned taking to NS and know she saved us hours of extra time on the road which we greatly appreciated. Rovina and Rudy were both very pleasant and helpful with requests. It is evident that the staff exhibits a genuine interest in their guests. Our water view room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The Charlottetown hotel was sparkling and beautifully decorated for the holiday season! We appreciate the combined efforts of the staff to make our stay so festive and memorable. A heartfelt "thank you" to all.

Great Location / Near the Pier area & Downtown

Stayed at Delta Hotels PEI during a trip up the coast. This is a Marriott property and is conveniently located adjacent to the Charlottetown pier and right by Downtown Charlottetown. You can't ask for a better location. Rooms are nice. Hotel is quiet. There is a nice bar and restaurant on premise. It's a nice hotel is conveniently located. You don't need your car.

Comfortable

A typical Delta/Marriott property. Clean and efficient. The one thing that would have been appreciated is if the hotel had a safe in the room. Great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront, the Confederation Centre, restaurants from casual to fine dining.

Not good hotel

Cat753472 on Sep 11, 2024

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are in sore need of updating and some extra cleaning! We had a handicapped accessible room, and the walk-in/wheel-in shower was a mess. It had a curtain, but it didn't reach the floor, and water spilled out all over. Didn't eat any meals here because of Marriott's high prices and bad reviews on Trip Advisor. The hotel was over-priced for what you got, including you had to pay for parking. The front desk staff were professional but not especially friendly. Would not stay here again.

Good location in town

debg926 (Allentown, Pennsylvania) on Sep 07, 2024

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our king room with water view was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel appears to cater to conventions and tour groups so it lacks some charm. The lobby felt a bit sterile. A nice amenity is the complimentary laundromat (2 washers, 4 dryers) on the 2nd floor. Much appreciated during our 2-week road trip. The location is great with an easy walk around town or along the waterfront. I would stay here again if in the area. We enjoyed a 90-minute historic walking tour of the town that I found on the Viator site.
