The bar was very nice and had an amazing vibe. The bartenders were great people who provided the best service. Couldn’t have been better.

Richard and Aaron were very accommodating as far as beverage service and checking up frequently to tend to my comfortability. The drinks tasted great and the conversation was entertaining. 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel badly needs a facelift. Our room smelled musty and old. Had to keep the AC cold to keep the smell and mold at bay. Linens are old and tattered especially at the pool. It has really gone downhill. The bathtub had been painted or resurfaced. The grout had mold trying to grow through. The hallway had heavy air fresheners sprayed in the hall carpets as well. It was on the 21st floor. Told management they did nothing.

Sergio and Byron were very helpful and gave us good seats on the beach with ice cold water and fresh towels. Top-notch! Highly recommend! It was refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect. Thank you gentlemen for your kind and courteous service. We appreciate you. :)
