Kevin Ali at the beach was wonderful very helpful very attentive went above and beyond to make sure my stay at the beach was great. Went out of this way to make sure I was comfortable made sure I had bottled water I was in the shade he even answer my question as to where to find good coconut /sour sop /restaurant suggestions

Had the best stay at W Fort Lauderdale! Our room was clean, staff were so helpful and kind, but the beach service was truly the highlight of our trip. Everyone was amazing, but Jonathan was THE BEST! You won't regret staying here. We can't wait to stay again.

The W once again provided us outstanding food, service and lodging! The 2 bedroom unit was like being in your own home. We had a birthday celebration and between the room, pool area and restaurants everything was perfect! We will be back for sure!

We stayed here for a long weekend, it was A+. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, the room was really well kept and clean. We enjoyed the beach where Mark and Steph were awesome getting us setup and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool parties with the DJ and bbq were alot of fun, the hotel food is good- all around I wouldn't change anything, it's a great place to stay
