Complete disregard for long term Bonvoy client

My wife and I have been traveling to Marriotts for our anniversary for many years, have always had a great time. I mistakenly and accidentally booked a reservation same day instead of the date of my anniversary. I called right away when I made the mistake. The front desk would not adjust my reservation, they said they had a 3 day cancellation clause even though I booked 10 minutes prior by accident. The woman was smiling through her teeth while telling me that she couldn’t help. Couldn’t believe their inability to help. Will not book this hotel again.

I would like to give a shout out to SHAPS for his great customer service that he gave to me and my family he was very kind and polite and went above and beyond to take care of us. He’s an awesome guy. Is that OK?
