The hotel is nice and the attendants do a great job. However, our trip got off to a poor start when checking in at 6:00 PM and still having to wait for our room. The elevators need improvement, very slow and always crowded (including staff). Steph and Tyreek offered great beach service, but the “security guard” at pool entry was very rude.

I went to the W in December and I had great service from the beach, Steph G helped me a lot and was very nice! She was my hostess and later checked up on our family ! The hotel staff was also kind and I am very happy and I will definitely be coming back .
