Just finished a week at Sandals Grenada, and I’m gonna miss it! The resort is absolutely beautiful, the food and drinks are amazing, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Special shout outs to our butlers, Kirt, Sylvika, and Ethan for their above and beyond service!! We will be back one of these days!!

This is by far one of the worst resorts we have ever been to. We have never visited a sandals and for the price there is a lot to be desired. First off the beach is a joke, its small and hardly any beach chairs and forget getting any service on the beach for a drink or even water. Breakfast is the same exact boring this every day at Spice & Italian. I have dietary restrictions, and not a single person at any meal asked if anyone had any allergies. I've had to preorder my food from culinary desk and they feel like you're bothering them for even asking. Half the time I don't even get what I ordered. Nothing at the buffet is labeled gluten free and lunch is an absolute joke. Nothing at neptunes is labeled gluten free so my option is a salad or pizza for 8 days straight. The staff generally just don't look happy, kind of don't blame them. There is absolutely no form of entertainment, unless listening to the sax is your thing every night. The icing on the cake is no plug in the bathroom for the blow dryer and no full length mirror. My husband's birthday they only put a little sign on the table and didn't acknowledge him otherwise yet sung to other tables around us. The chair game is ridiculous, by 6am all the chairs have towels on them. I will never spend my money at another sandals resort.

Just came back from an awesome week stay at Sandals Grenada and I can’t say enough about what a great resort it is! Normally in my reviews I try and mention the exceptional employees who really made our stay special but I can’t do that this time without listing every single one we encountered. I’m not sure if it is Grenadian culture, Sandals culture, or a combination of both; this staff is spectacular. A couple of examples; we carry “coolie cups” for ice & water and arrived at the pool before the bar was opened so I walked over to Cucina Romano and ask one of the hostesses if I could get my glasses filled. She smiled, said sure then left the restaurant taking me back to the pool bar and filled our cups with ice & bottled water – I was wowed! On another day I was out on a photo mission to find a big Iguana and ask one of the grounds keepers if he knew where I might find one. He stopped working and led me to the Red Lane Fitness Center, took me into the trees and pointed out some of the bigger ones. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the point. Restaurants: Cucina Romano is excellent for both breakfast and dinner: go early for dinner or plan to wait as it’s popular. Butch’s Chophouse is awesome – get reservations as soon as you arrive – surf & turf baby! Le Jarinier is excellent for both breakfast and dinner –get reservations for dinner ASAP too. I’m a nut about escargot and they do not disappoint Kimono’s is a lot of fun and will fill you up – reservations required Neptune’s for seafood, Soy for sushi, and Dinos for pizza Spices was our favorite for breakfast and they have a good lunch as well My “go to” for morning coffee is Café de Paris and by the end of the week they knew my order and had it waiting at the counter for me! Club Sandals: We’re “Club People” and the staff here is exceptional too. They made all of our dinner reservations for us. They also booked us on a free boat ride one afternoon that cruises down the coast and back for maybe an hour. We really didn’t have any issues for them to resolve but the let us know they were there if needed. They also slipped some goodies in our room for our anniversary too. Club Sandals also sponsors a cocktail party, martini party, and a wine tasting. Dive Shop: It was my first dive since 2020 and the dive team is awesome and very professional. I took a recertification class prior to arrival and enjoyed some beautiful scenery. We ran into a ton of great people, many who come back year after year. I get that after this visit and we will return someday. We booked some additional vacations (for 2027 & 2028) while we were there and got some exceptional pricing for future vacations. We’re seeing the Caribbean one Sandals at a time!

Brent/Butler Service-Great!

This vacation was one of the best experiences we had. The island is beautiful, very clean and safe. The airport was small and efficient, with close proximity to the resort. Sandals itself is very clean, beautifully taken care of, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most hospitable people we have ever met on vacation. Jarvis and Karim made our time at the pool bar excellent with exceptional customer service and exceptional drinks. Kamee and Danya with poolside activities kept our experience fun with different games and music. And our hostess Vincent spent extra time connecting with us and offering dining recommendations. The housekeeping staff were prompt with cleaning and requests when necessary. Just the simple fact that staff members go out of their way to get to know you speaks volumes to the customer service provided. We would love to return as guests in the future!
