We just got back from our 4th trip to Sandals Grenada and as always, we were treated like family. The staff at this location is amazing and go out of there way to make your stay a great experience. I would like to give special recognition to a few team members who made our stay even better. - while we did not have butler service, Glendon who was a butler there always spoke to us and made sure everything in our day was going well. He did make a difference! - Laurel who is a part of the management team has treated us like family on each of our visits. She is visible and available to answer your questions and concerns and really just wants to make sure your are enjoying your stay - Dylan, who is a part of the loyalty and travel team always makes sure we are booked and ready for our next trip which makes it so easy. We will be back to Grenada in the future for our 5th visit and can’t wait.

Absolutely wonderful week’s stay with great butler’s (Sylvika & Kirt & Ethan) and fab entertainment by Ria and all the team! Royden presented a memorable candlelight dinner for our anniversary and everyone from caretakers to management (my girl Chanelle :)) gave us a warm and welcoming feeling like we were appreciated for sharing their beautiful resort. Look forward to returning in the future!

The shuttle was there within just a few minutes and check-in was fast. We had a Jr waterfall room (something like that). It was next to the “party” pool. It was a nice room. The app keeps you apprised of all activities and restaurants. You can no longer make reservations on-line and can only do it between certain hours (like 8-4) so do it asap. We only reserved Butchs. Honestly, the creamed spinach was the best part of that meal. We found that with all of the restaurants (Neptunes, Soy, and Cucina (get the meatballs!). There would be 1 stand out thing and the rest is just mid. Don’t bother with desserts- go to the cafe for sweets. We did Spices buffet for lunch and breakfast and it got old after 3 days. Dinos pizza is awesome. I hate to say it, but the wait staff largely wasn’t friendly or attentive. We had to wait an abnormal amount of time for water and coffee at breakfasts (and had to reask a few times.) At dinners, it was the same for cocktails. The pool bar workers seemed to have favorite customers and at times they would wave the bartender over to me so I could be served. Not a lot of smiling faces or interaction. There were a few who were kind but largely we all felt that the service was not welcoming. Maybe because you are not allowed to tip? Tips- take your own snorkeling gear. You can only use theirs during the set hours on the schedule. We snorkeled at least 3 times a day with our own stuff. Get up early to save chairs. A review said you aren’t allowed to before 10 and I asked a worker and she looked at me like I was crazy. They have no rules. We would by 8:15 for the beach. There is a little more leeway with the pools, but you won’t be first pool row. If you like large AI resorts, give it a go. I heard Grenada is the best one. It’s just not for us. (We are 52 and felt like we were definitely on the younger side) I’d give the resort appearance 5 stars, food 3 stars, activities-entertainment 3 stars, service 2 stars.

Our stay at Sandals Grenada was absolutely outstanding as we celebrated our 16th anniversary! First, thank you for helping us celebrate such a special milestone. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Being only about three minutes from the airport made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free which immediately set the tone for relaxation. A very special thank you to Antonio, the Club Sandal Manager, and Jennifer, the Director, for their outstanding leadership and hospitality. Their attention to detail and support made our stay feel personalized and special. Kenya and Radikah gave us the most incredible couples massage/professional, calming, and exactly what we needed to fully unwind. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Shantoy the photographer, provided a beautiful professional beach photoshoot for my husband and me. The experience was effortless, fun, and the photos captured our love and joy perfectly. And if you’re looking for good vibes, genuine energy, and someone who will keep you laughing while you relax on the beach….Kisselle is your person! Her personality alone elevated our beach days. The food-10 out of 10. Every restaurant delivered. The service was amazing! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend the Italian Oceanview One Bedroom Skypool Suite with Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub with the infinity pool, walking out onto the balcony and seeing that view each day was breathtaking. It felt private, romantic, and luxurious. When I say this was an outstanding trip, I truly mean it. If you are a couple looking to relax, reconnect, and simply enjoy one another in a beautiful setting, this is your place. We will definitely be back. We loved Sandals Grenada! The resort is so nice and the people of Grenada are wonderful. The resort offers snorkeling every day right off the beach, which was fun. For those that scuba dive, there were boats going out every day. Like all Sandals, the food was excellent. I especially liked the T-bone steak at Butch’s and don’t miss the mahi mahi at Neptunes. And the resort is so close to the airport, no wasted time being transported to and from the airport. I would also like to thank Mike at Dream Makers Vacation Services for setting everything up and ensuring a great experience!
