The Assistant Manager, Michael, made my birthday celebration trip start off wonderfully. He was incredibly helpful during check-in and went out of his way to assist us with our request for an upgrade to an ocean-view room. His warm, attentive service really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We have to be honest that on our last few stays at Sandals, we noticed that it wasn’t always consistent with the level of customer service. However, in our short time here at Sandals Grenada, the service has been outstanding—everyone is attentive and pleasant, and service at the restaurants has been excellent. The resort is gorgeous and well laid out, the beach is pristine, and the water is calm and clear. We’re truly enjoying our stay, and the ocean view has made our birthday celebration even more special. Sandals Grenada is definitely our new go-to destination. Having been to several 5- and 6-Star resorts, including several other Sandals, we have never experienced Customer Service as good as the this resort. From the time of arrival with the welcome greeting song from the staff, every employee on this resort has been wonderful. It has been such an awesome experience that we decided to extend our vacation. Ms. Salisha, Guest Service Manager, and Michael, front desk assistant manager, went above and beyond to help us plan our stay for a few more days. If Sandals executive leadership reads these posts, the organization could benefit from having senior members of Sandals leadership from other resorts do a rotation at this facility because this is truly the exemplary example of how customers should be treated. All staff have far exceeding expectations , from the bell staff, to the front desk, to housekeeping, to food service, and more importantly the leadership team. I’m adding a few photos of the facility show how gorgeous, pristine, relaxing and peaceful it is. We had an awesome time at Sandals Grenada. The grounds and the room were beautiful. The resort was quiet and welcoming, and offered so many things to do. The service was amazing and all of the staff members are polite and welcoming. We had a great Butler team with Akim, Marlon, and Teddy. They really made the trip special. We were also taken care of by Lerona, Kavita, and Jarvis. Rocquel and Rashina also made some of our meals even better with their hospitality. The resort is very close to the airport which is convenient. Its beachfront location also offers amazing views of the rest of the island. A wonderful place with so many caring staff members.

Sandals Grenada is a wonderful place to visit. We were there celebrating our friends birthday and had a great time. The butler team of Denis, Antonio, and Samuel were the best! They were attentive and very gracious to our group. I’d highly recommend anyone going to select Denis, Antonio, and Samuel as your butler team.

We came for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was a memorable experience. This is our 5th Sandals, previously we have stayed St. Lucia, Antigua, Jamaica, and Bahamas. Of all the Sandals resorts we have stayed at in the past this ranks pretty high up there. We stayed at the South Seas Honeymoon Poolside Suite. It was nice because it was quiet and away from the main pool area which can be noisy. It even has its own quieter pool. The room was large and very comfortable, but I wouldn’t call it a suite because it didn’t have a separate sitting area. We had a soaking tub on the balcony, but we hardly used it because anyone can see you when you’re using it. I really liked the design of the bathroom though and the rainfall shower was nice. The rooms were always cleaned and restocked daily. Overall all the staff at the resort was nice and accommodating. The food was also very good and some of the best we have had at Sandals. It was much better and tastier than the food at the previous resort we stayed on Grenada. We were able to make reservations at all three of the sit down restaurants and our favorite was Butch’s Chophouse. Which is ironic because I am a vegetarian, but they had the best tasting vegetarian option. I was disappointed with the service and meal at the Italian restaurant. For the most part you get great service at the restaurants, but they seem to give more attention to those who have butler service. I noticed that the tables that had butlers got better seats and even received their food before we did. The only thing that was disappointing was our spa experience. We had booked the treatments before arriving on the resort and I wished I would have checked out their facilities first. The changing/locker area was small and dark. They gave us robes & slippers, but then made us sit outside in front of the spa before our service in the heat. The massage itself was good, but then they rush you out of the spa after your treatment to change. I spoke with the spa manager about my experience and she explained that they are limited with space and they are trying to get the spa renovated. The spa manager then made sure we had a memorable dinner for our anniversary later that night. Overall we did enjoy our stay at Sandals Grenada. The resort is beautiful and the location is ideal. I also really liked that they had a free boat tour that takes you out on the water for those of us who don’t scuba. It’s the same boat, but they give you a guided tour of the coastline to St. George instead. It can fill up quickly so signup in advance. If you get the chance I would highly recommend taking a guided tour of the island. We used Mr. Munroe’s Taxi and Tour service. He was very accommodating and created an itinerary based on our interest and time frame. Grenada is a beautiful island with lots to see and do.

This was our third trip to Sandals Grenada. We felt like family. Our butler team was amazing. Samuel, Shane, and Antonio made our trip relaxing and one to remember. We thought we had the "dream team" on our second trip. This team is definitely the "dream team". It was great to see our previous butler (Junior) remembered us and stopped to talk each time he saw us. This makes you feel as family just visiting. Sheldon, our photographer was a joy. We laughed so much during our photo session. The food was amazing and you will not go hungry. Rohan (general manager) was visible and personable every time you saw her around the resort. This trip was the most we have seen a general manager walking around and talking with guests. We would recommend this resort!
