After managing to escape the Royalton (see my other review) we booked into the Sandals Resort when they had availability. The saying “you pay for what you get” rings true. Service with a sunny smile at Sandals. Delicious food in the restaurants. Lovely room - Lovers Lagoon Hideaway Tranquility. Beautifully maintained grounds & beach. This was our first stay with Sandals & won’t be out last. Thank you for making the rest of our holiday relaxing.

We were supposed to go to Sandals South Coast December 19th to the 20th but hurricane Melissa changed that. Since we wanted to try Grenada for our next free week (which were earning on this December trip) we decided to move this December trip to Grenada. Grenada was an excellent alternative. We loved the fact that it is so close to airport but there is minimal noise from planes. The beach is nice and walkable. The staff are all so friendly and kind. Food was tasty and we were able to order some food off menu. (Caesar salad) at most of the restaurants. One of the best parts of the trip was I was able to get real lemon for my Iced Tea. Our butler team (Marlon, Wavel, Antonio) was excellent. They were attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for, relaxed and laid back. We are so glad that we chose Grenada for our December trip and looking forward to going again in the near future.

Arrived for New Year after spending Christmas in St Lucia. Transfer was very easy, took a little while to check in but our room was very nice and comfortable. Pool area lovely but didn’t like the afternoon music as too loud and not enough choice. It was an issue getting a sun-bed at either of the 2 pools or beach area as people would leave towels then go off for the day! Food was very nice, quite a few restaurant choices. Staff were friendly and very helpful. All areas kept very clean and well looked after. The reception staff were amazing with the Venezuela issue yesterday, they were very calm and tried to help everyone to get rooms who had to stay on. Not sure if we would stay at another Sandals but no complaints

We had a tremendous experience in Grenada and HIGHLY recommend this resort for anyone looking for an awesome vacation! Simply put, the entire staff was amazing and treated us like family. Everything was five stars - from our room, the relaxing beach area, the party pool and the entire resort grounds. The fact that this resort is 2 minutes from the airport was great -- because of the terrain, we never heard a single jet. If you are lucky enough to get a butler experience, we HIGHLY suggest asking for Christopher who will take your vacation to another level. Additionally, special thanks to our two favorite Sandals mixologists - Mario and Terrell. - who made sure our "spirits" were always up and full. Finally, after repeated problems with our air flight back to the states (delayed 36 hours), I want to give a MASSIVE thanks to the entire front desk and management crew!!!!!!!!!! They went out of their way to make sure we felt like family coming back home when our flight(s) were cancelled and delayed. After placing a call for help, they told us to come back to the resort and they would take care of us -- AND THAT'S WHAT THEY TRULY DID. The staff earned our loyalty and we plan on heading back to Sandals Grenada again very soon. After traveling to numerous islands all around the Caribbean, Sandals Grenada is at the top of our list.
