Michael, the Assistant Manager, made our birthday trip off to a wonderful start. He was incredibly helpful during check-in and went out of his way to assist us with a reasonably priced upgrade to an ocean-view room. His warm, attentive service really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We have to be honest that on our last few stays at Sandals, we noticed that it wasn’t always consistent with the level of customer service. However, in our short time here at Sandals Grenada, the service has been outstanding—everyone is attentive and pleasant, and service at the restaurants has been excellent. The resort is gorgeous and well laid out, the beach is pristine, and the water is calm and clear. We’re truly enjoying our stay, and the ocean view has made our birthday celebration even more special. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been being offered a beach walk-out room upgrade while we’re still here. Those rooms don’t seem to be full and when we asked to be upgraded to one for couple nights. We were told that they are under renovation. We are here for 7 nights, so I still hope that something might open up to make this trip unforgettable. This was our third trip to Sandals Grenada. We felt like family. Our butler team was amazing. Samuel, Shane, and Antonio made our trip relaxing and one to remember. We thought we had the "dream team" on our second trip. This team is definitely the "dream team". It was great to see our previous butler (Junior) remembered us and stopped to talk each time he saw us. This makes you feel as family just visiting. Sheldon, our photographer was a joy. We laughed so much during our photo session. The food was amazing and you will not go hungry. Rohan (general manager) was visible and personable every time you saw her around the resort. This trip was the most we have seen a general manager walking around and talking with guests. We would recommend this resort!

This was my first time at Sandals and loved experience! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The housekeepomg staff was amazing! In particular Royanna from housekeeping was exceptional! She made sure were were stocked with what we needed and she checked up on us everyday. Its the little gestures like this that make you feel welcomed. I couldn't have for anyone better!

We have had the most relaxing trip ever which is what we needed! Special kudos go out to Stephen the bar tender he was one of the most personable and mad e a wicked special drink he hasn’t named yet lol. Our room was a ocean view butler room best part of our trip amazing.

We love all of the Sandals resorts. This year, we chose Grenada for our vacation. Grenada really brought back what we were first drawn to. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to actually have a conversation. The management staff was visible every day. They interacted with guests and asked for our opinions. I love that they brought back the real Beach party! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Food was excellent and a very good variety was offered. I want to recognize some of the staff even though all of them should be recognized. Beach personnel, Levi. Beach waitresses, Chrissy, Sinrella, Sherene. Bartenders, Cody, Jarvis, & Kwisis. The grounds were immaculate. I would highly recommend the Historic tour of the island. Can’t wait to return.
