This was our first experience of a sandals and wow think we picked the best one. Staff are all amazing I don’t think I have been to a resort where every worker says hello to you. We had a pink gin beachfront room and was lovely to listen to the ocean. Food was amazing and the quality was top, we felt like it was London quality. Our favs were the French and butch, the lava cake at French omg. I wasn’t sure on trying soy but glad we did top sushi and the house cocktail yummy, took a pic so I can make at home. We did a jeep safari which was great fun. Entertainment was good and really enjoyed the Fire and Water show plus the steel drum band. We have been home a week and already thinking about booking again for next year. Wanted to try a different resort but I don’t think we could top it here.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandals Grenada celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary! From the resort itself to the activities and experiences around the island, we were very pleased with our trip and would absolutely consider visiting Grenada again. A special thank you to our butlers, Kevon, Leanna, and Junior! They truly made our anniversary extra special and provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. They went above and beyond with every request and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay. They celebrated our anniversary with us, decorated our room and tables, surprised us with snacks, and made sure all the little details were taken care of. They even accommodated a specific drink request for me in our room and made sure I had it stocked in the coolers at the beach! They booked our excursions, reserved our beach chairs, and walked us to dinner every night. No matter what we needed, they were on it. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel so special, and we cannot thank them enough for helping make our fifth anniversary one to remember. We also loved the resort itself. The restaurant selection was great, and we really enjoyed having a private pool in our room along with the option of the lively party pool, the quieter pool, or the beach. It was nice to have different options depending on what kind of day we wanted. The water sports and excursions were another highlight! We took a sightseeing boat tour, went snorkeling, and tried SNUBA for the first time to see Grenada’s underwater sculpture park. It was such a fun experience and something we will always remember. We also enjoyed exploring the island on an excursion, visiting a chocolate factory and the nutmeg museum, seeing waterfalls, and shopping downtown. Grenada is absolutely beautiful, with its lush mountains, stunning scenery, and gorgeous beaches. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and left with so many great memories. The combination of excellent service, great food, beautiful surroundings, and fun activities made this a trip we will always look back on fondly. If you have the opportunity to stay here and have Kevon, Leanna, and Junior as your butlers, you will be in excellent hands. They truly went above and beyond! Thank you, Sandals Grenada, for helping us celebrate five wonderful years of marriage. We would love to return!

We have been on numerous trips to Sandals resorts.. this one surpassed them all. The staff made this vacation so fabulous! Without the wonderful people working at this resort, it would just be another ‘generic feeling’ resort . Laurel was our guardian angel, and checked on us every day to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying ourselves. Kisses the bartender was so fabulous that on the day she was not at the beach bar. I went out of my way to go to the party pool to have her make my drinks for me. Michael, the gardener gave such an amazing garden tour in a history of the resort. Nadya at the spa pampered me and made me feel special. I can’t remember her name, but the young lady at the pastry shop remembered me the second day and what I liked, and I looked forward to seeing her smiling face bright, and early in the morning. There were so many special, wonderful people that I just can’t remember them all. My husband especially liked volleyball with Michael in the afternoons. I wish I could thank everyone individually as it was genuinely the people there that made it such an amazing trip. So much we changed our 2028 reservations to return again to Grenada. It really felt special there.

After nine visits, we just returned from a fabulous week at Sandals Grenada, and it may have been our best trip yet. This was our complimentary week, and we chose to upgrade from the JS category we qualified for to an M1P suite. It was our first butler-level stay, and what an incredible experience it turned out to be. We absolutely loved this suite category. Being able to close off the bedroom to keep it cool and air-conditioned while opening the living room patio doors to enjoy Grenada's beautiful warmth was the perfect combination. We stayed in Room 5104, located on the lower of the two tiers of M1P rooms. Our butler team of Raul, Alex, and Mikhail was outstanding, with Raul and Alex serving as our primary butlers. I normally end up being my wife's "personal butler" on vacation because I get restless sitting still for too long, so I'll admit we probably didn't take full advantage of everything they offered. We relied on them mainly for arranging our dinner reservations before arrival, delivering breakfast to our room each morning, and securing our favorite spot on the beach each day. Their service was impeccable, and they were always ready to go above and beyond. One memorable moment came when I complained that our soaking tub would only produce lukewarm water. Alex immediately arranged for maintenance to come take a look. As it turned out, the "lukewarm" water was actually the cold water, and I had simply been turning the faucet the wrong way. Needless to say, I felt pretty foolish! There was renovation work taking place on the rondovals in front of our M1P suite during our stay, but it was never particularly disruptive. In fact, I mostly felt for the crew doing roofing and exterior painting in the blazing Grenadian sun. We could occasionally hear tile saws, but the noise blended into the music from the main pool and was never bothersome. I managed to peek inside one of the rondovals, and this is far more than a simple refresh. It is a complete renovation. They are going to look fantastic when finished, and the work appeared to be progressing at an impressive pace. Food and beverage service throughout the resort was excellent, from a quick slice at Dino's to an elegant dinner at Le Jardinier. We were initially skeptical about the newer lunch menu at Neptune's, but it quickly won us over. The Gremolata Marinated Dorado and the Baharat-Spiced Chicken Wrap became new favorites, and both felt much lighter than our longtime go-to fish sandwich. As always, the highlight of every visit was the staff. Although the fantastic previous General Manager has retired, the resort appears to be in very capable hands, and his legacy clearly lives on. I could fill an entire page with the names of the people who make each stay so memorable, and I would still leave someone out, including the hardworking housekeeping team that somehow managed to clean our room whenever we stepped away, as well as the many team members working behind the scenes. From the entertainment team, a special shout-out goes to the talented performers who put on the Fire & Water Spectacular, along with the amazing fire dancers. Their energy and skill made for unforgettable evenings. Overall, it was another wonderful visit, and we're already looking forward to returning.

We took our anniversary trip here. The resort is small but made it more romantic. We had a wonderful time!
