Enjoyed our week at the hotel upon arrival in Halifax; and returning for a couple of days before flying home. Great location with immediate access to the Halifax Harbour and waterfront. Had this trip planned since 2020 and kept rebooking due to Covid - and would do the same again. Very comfortable rooms and good customer service. While parking is not ideal - it is still quite convenient.
Amir was very accommodating throughout our stay and some of the reason we are returning to this property for the last couple of days of a 5 week Maritime vacation

These accommodations are over priced for the condition of the hotel. The AC on our room wasn’t working that well. It was on 16 but the room still felt warm. It never got as cool the the temperature in the hall way. The views from the rooms are nothing to get excited about either, unless you have a higher floor with a view of the harbour, which our room was not. There is a kitchenette in the room that is not well equipped, there were no dishes or cutlery. The parking is overpriced as well, it is an uneven gravel parking lot that is outside. The pool was very small for a hotel pool and the water was cloudy which makes me wonder how well the pool is being taken care of.

We stayed at this hotel over the civic holiday long weekend and could not have been happier. Our room on the 8th floor had a wonderful view over the harbour, was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 3. The shower was awesome with great water pressure out of the rain head.
Just 2 blocks from the harbour boardwalk was super convenient and put us everywhere we wanted to be for sightseeing, dining out and shopping.
The customer service from the operations manager Olivier Rohrbacher was superb. He personally helped us fix a problem with our booking using Hilton Honors points, contacted Hilton customer service on our behalf and set everything right.
We will be staying at this hotel on all our return visits to the wonderful city of Halifax.
Good location, that's it.

Yikes. I've never had this kind of trouble with a Hilton. They told me to book the previous day because of how early in the morning I was arriving only to have them list me as a no-show. Then once they retrieved my reservation it was wrong and I had to show them several times what I had booked. When I got to my room, it didn't look at all like the website and was in pretty rough shape (see photos). There were also weird stains on the floor, the TV remote was sticky, and the walls were thin--I could hear everything from the hallway and adjoining rooms. Nope nope nope. The front desk wouldn't pick up the phone or answer their messages, and in the end, they wouldn't honor my Hilton membership, so I didn't even get points out of the stay. Never again. Great location, though.

First impression was fine but didn’t last long. The shower had mold and bugs. The ceiling in our room was damaged. Air conditioning worked poorly. The website claims to be a full service hotel, but that is a joke. The restaurant was open only briefly for breakfast, and that was it. The bar was never open, so no evening cocktails… and of course no food. Luckily this hotel is within walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars, but that was its only advantage, proximity to other nice establishments. This hotel is not worthy of the Hilton brand.
