Great location rigth by the malecon. The hotel feels modern and safe, staff were always helpful

Beautiful view and location. Room is good and ok with air conditioning Service were top notch Food were good and varies, expect their own traditional meals too. You are in a foreign country, don't expect what you serve yourself in your kitchen. I quite enjoyed the varies display of protein.
Great stay with some niggles

It was a great time with lovely staff. Hotel is more like a 3 star with a damp room and a bad smell from the toilet. Otherwise the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a lovely time.
Marvelous. Comfortable accommodations. Loved the Cuban people.

We were warmly welcomed by all hotel staff every day and wished safe travels. The hotel is beautiful (esp for Cuban standards!). Our room was clean. Hair dryer provided when requested. Refrig in room. Nice walk in shower with hot water. Housekeeping was attentive. Toilet paper is a very scarce commodity in Cuba, but housekeeping will bring some when requested. Breakfast buffet is large and basic foods are fine. Omelet station is nice. Servers are so attentive.
