Excellent hotel in good central location next to Capital building. First class facilities and staff were extremely good

Not very clean service really bad Does not have the rights for 5 star hotel Without warning they lock the doors in our room from 11:30 mean time the tsek time is at 12 I will not recommend to eny one this hotel

The staff is nice , the room is clean . The breakfast it’s ok . I strongly recommend the sea food plate in the Italian restaurant on ground floor .
Nice new hotel in Old town Havana

Location is perfect in the old Havana . We had balcony room and it was clean and nice. We stayed at the rooftop pool everyday , to relax and swim , very good outdoor area The breakfast was good with different thing to choose from. We had lunch at the pool bar , it’s OK but prices is to high compared to other places . Overall we had a very good stay
