Remembering my extremely good experience from 3 years ago, I stayed once more in the Iberostar Grand Packard in Havana - this time spending five nights in the hotel. I love this modern and elegant hotel with its beautiful lobby. The guest rooms are generously big and I was lucky getting a room with sea view and the sight of the fortress. I did enjoy my breakfast in the buffet restaurant where guests can chose to sit on the outside terrace or stay inside. I always appreciated the Iberostar Grand Packard as one of the leading 5-star hotels in Havana. It clearly has earned its top classification. I am writing this review also, because I would like to highlight the friendly service at the reception. The whole team aims for professional service combined with the warm Cuban hospitality which makes you feel at home immediately. I experienced superior support and assistance when my handbag got stolen and I needed to make several telephone calls and asked for advice on logistic matters. I can't thank all the ladies enough for that. For sure I highly recommend this hotel and will return any time to this location when again in Havana. THANK YOU!

From 18 to 23 March I stayed in the Iberostar Grand Packard in Havana. It is one of the 5-star hotels in the city that truly deserves its five stars. It is a modern, elegant hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious guest rooms. The breakfast restaurant offers high quality and versatile food. I would especially like to highlight the friendly service at the reception. The whole team aims for professional service combined with the warm Cuban hospitality which makes you feel at home immediately. I can not give another score because it's no way. This is not the first time my wife is treated with no respect for the Exchange House madame. I made this public.

Great location, great staff. Good food, no cockroaches. Book your trips with the hotel’s conseige if you don’t have a tour, you will save lots of money!
