This was such a fabulous hotel. We had everything we needed, it was in the perfect location, and the staff was truly in a league of their own. Special shoutouts to the valet crew (Warren and Pierre), the front desk manager and Lance, and the entire team for making this hotel run so smoothly, and making this the BEST trip for me and my girls.

Love this place down. Valet and check in crew became my chosen family. Shoutout Warren, Lance, Pierre, and front desk manager for always having our waters ready. Love this motley crew and had the BEST TIME!!!

Micheal Martin introduced us to the loveliest people who prepared and served the most delicious food. They were also incredibly quick with their service and it went above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to them!!!

My husband and I showed up in Honolulu just as the recent storm hit so we were in our room more than we would have liked. The room was really spacious and clean. We loved having a little couch and table, and hooks for hanging our coats and other items up to try. We liked the reusable water bottles, and while we didn't get to use them, the beach rental hookup and discounts offered to us were really nice and would have made a beach visit really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful and working hard to keep the floors safe. The location is a short walk to the beach and there is a food truck lot across the street which also was closed for the weather. We hope to stay here again on a future visit!

The location is ideal for those who wants to be on the quieter side but still close enough to experience what Waikiki has to offer. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! Exceptional service! Earl and Will at the front desk went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here.
