Excellent hotel in downtown Waikiki, Hawaii. Beautiful rooms, friendly and efficient staff, terrific G.M. (Lauren Nakamura) and Rock Star Assistant G.M. (Keisha Allen)! Group of 55 cruisers (with Flo Chilton) -- we'll certainly be back!

Schereen Numasaki was incredibly helpful and hospitable during our stay. We arrived early with our family, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, she immediately offered to contact housekeeping to help expedite it. Our children were tired from traveling and my wife and I had an event to attend, so her extra effort meant a lot. Within 30 minutes, our room was ready. She also sent amenities to welcome us, and at checkout she asked about our flight time. When she learned we had several hours before departure, she kindly offered to extend our room a bit longer. Schereen truly made our stay enjoyable by showing us genuine aloha. My family left with a wonderful impression, and we already look forward to our next visit.

I had such a great experience at The Ambassador Waikiki. The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcomed from day one. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend??

We had the best experience with our family and friends at The Ambassador! It was the perfect setting and accommodating for families with little ones. We were able to enjoy our son's birthday and have it be memorable with such friendly and hospitable staff. Parking was easy, cabanas and space for our family and friends with strollers and kids, and food/drinks were great! From start to finish, we had the best time! As a mom, this hotel is family-friendly! Book it and you won't regret it!

the hotel was very clean and fully renovated the last I came there was a kitchen but now the room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly I missed housekeeping cleaning due to DND sign I called FD to clean my room around 530pm they sent a housekeeping manager to service my room shout out to Michelle for cleaning my whole room. I would defenitely check in at this hotel again.
