the hotel was very clean and fully renovated the last I came there was a kitchen but now the room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly I missed housekeeping cleaning due to DND sign I called FD to clean my room around 530pm they sent a housekeeping manager to service my room shout out to Michelle for cleaning my whole room. I would defenitely check in at this hotel again.

Spent my solo birthday trip at The Ambassador and it was the absolute best. The location for me was perfect because it’s not in the loud and rowdy area of Waikiki but at the same time it’s located near royal hawaiian stores and Hilton Hawaiian village. I would stay in other hotels in the past and it would be so hard to fall asleep because I can hear the parties in the street. Didn’t hear any noise at all during my stay. The restaurant was also excellent—from the staff, interiors to the quality of the food. I really enjoyed dining here and even taking out to eat in my room. The staff in the hotel was very pleasant. Made sure to always greet me and ask if I needed anything. I also just felt very safe here as a solo traveler because there was a guard in the lobby at all times. The past hotels I’ve stayed in there were no guards at all just the front desk staff. I’m very into aesthetics and taking pictures and I can really say that the hotel was so pretty and the perfect place for all of that. Overall, had a 10/10 experience. Would definitely come back and stay there again. I really recommend for solo travelers and families with young kids to stay here because I really felt so safe and taken care of here.

Place is a dump old dirty carpet on the walkways no desks no laundry thin walls dusty rooms. My ceiling leaked during all the rain. Hotels staff not friendly but do take money well. Street people and addicts around the property, Vali parking staff nice restaurant staff nice, night manager nice. Rest of them were like battered children. You can rent a cabana for 50 a day but they won't replace carpet. Place needs overhaul. Only 11 dollars for 2 cans of soda!!

Great place to have a business meeting. Their Little Sisters conference room is perfect! The staff is so accommodating!

We stayed at this room 508 kristel helpes us with all our needs shes great with service, helped me with everything!!! Probably booking my room again on this property!!
