Great hotel and location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Skip breakfast at Favorite Son in the lobby unless you like raw egg.

Food was excellent and healthy. Staff were pleasant and attentive. We stayed at the hotel across the street and this was our first choice for food every time. Delightful how many nationalities of servers were represented.

I stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Waikiki for 13 days (May 31 to June 13). The staff are super nice and friendly. Front desk and Valet staff are the best in Hawaii in my experience. But the most memorable moment in my stay is the kindness, hospitality, sweetest of the housekeeper Ms. Dolores Palting. Ms. Dolores Palting always greets me every morning with smile and respect, and starts my day knowing it will be a great day. Ms. Dolores Palting always clean my room perfectly which made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend Ms. Dolores Palting for any employee recognition if the hotel offers. My originally booked type of room was unavailable and due to the inconvenience, Will waived my valet parking fee which was so kind and thoughtful. The atmosphere is super cute and I love the decor and furniture. I enjoyed staying in my room and it had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and I fell asleep easily. The location is convenient and so many things (including the beach) are walking distance. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Will and Warren! I definitely recommend staying here and I would book again.
