I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ambassador and would absolutely stay here again if our travels take us to Waikiki in the future. The amenities and the room were beautiful, very clean and well-maintained. I also want to take a moment to give a special thank you and shout out to Will, who went above and beyond to help us upon our arrival. He truly exemplifies the spirit of hospitality and I will never forget my interactions with him! Thank you Will!

This hotel is a hidden gem. It has such great design from the lobby, to the rooms and especially the pool area. Your morning coffee is right downstairs at the coffee bar and you can order food from the restaurant to bring to the pool or eat at the restaurant itself. The food is fantastic and the patio is adorable. The staff is incredible, kind and helpful. They welcomed us and our kids so well! It's only a 7 minute walk through the park to the beach and the perfect home base for exploring Oahu. Highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling with kids. We had two connecting rooms with a living room in between, on the pent house floor. Plenty of space for everyone.

Staff made the experience easy and seamless, thanks to Will, Aarin, Schereen, Jack and Michael at front of the house. They’re so hands-on in helping us. The bikes they let us use were also much appreciated. There were 7 of us and Will and Schereen made the paperworks so easy. I also want to give thanks to Bre (Brelynn? Pardon my spelling) at Favorite Son. She’s hilarious, honest, and very personable. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located to everything, and rooms are well-refreshed.

We had a spectacular stay at Ambassador Waikiki. The hotel overall was very nice, and our experience here exceeded expectations. We stayed in a room on the 16th floor facing the ocean, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It was honestly one of the best rooms we’ve had, waking up to that ocean view every day made the trip even more special. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Lance Rodriguez, the Guest Experience Manager. Lance was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure all of our needs were met. He went out of his way on several occasions to ensure we were taken care of, and his attention to guests really stood out. One of the reasons our time in Hawaii and Waikiki was so enjoyable was because of the hotel, its staff, and the amenities they offer. Everything together made for a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ambassador Waikiki to anyone visiting the area.

I booked my room and when checking in online, the system assigned me a room type that was a lower rate than what I had originally booked. I used the online chat to message the hotel prior to arrival. Gerard answered my messages. He looked into the matter for me and ensured me he would make sure it was resolved before I checked into the property. I had a room waiting for me (I arrived earlier than standard checkin), and it was the room type I had originally booked. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and pleasant with Lance at the front desk. Awesome customer service.
