Maui Kamaole B112 dirty

Thaddeus K (chicago il) on Feb 28, 2022

Unit B112, booked through Vacasa, unit was dirty, leaking sink, mould in both bathrooms, torn curtains. After 2 days Vacasa did refund 2 days rental, offered to send cleaning people, but we cleaned unit ourselves after they dropped off cleaning supplies.

G-106 Maui Kamaole

onnoaccount on Feb 23, 2022

This is a lovely and well cared for unit at ground level in the first level, the lowest level of the hillside it is on , and closest to the beaches. It features split air conditioning back and front and two terraces, one of which is always in shade. The owners take pride in their unit and they offer good amenities. They were a pleasure to deal with. We had a private rental with them through another remote connection so we know nothing about their booking agents or system. The complex it is in is quite large with two pools and many well-sited units that offer good privacy within well thought-out landscaping. I would be very surprised if anyone were to have anything to complain about with their experience in this unit under current owners; it's all positive.

Highly Recommend Maui Kamaole A210

jennr624 on Aug 08, 2021

We had the most amazing 10 days while staying at Maui Kamaole A210! The location couldn't have been more convenient. Just minutes from beautiful beaches where we swam with turtles daily and walking distance from shopping and local restaurants. We loved (and already miss) watching the sunsets every night from the lanai and eating our meals every morning overlooking beautiful landscape while watching the peaceful blue waters. The owners take meticulous care to assure that each guest has everything they could possibly need, including fluffy bath towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, hair dryers, beach umbrellas, beach towels and chairs, coolers, and much more. We especially appreciated the book of recommendations which informed us of all of the best places to eat and visit to make our vacation even more spectacular. You will not find a unit this fantastic anywhere on the island. We can't wait to return to see the whales! Mahalo Maui Kamaole A210!!

Keep looking...Don't rent Maui Kam condos in the J complex..noisy and blocked view

chuckkayaker (Portland, Oregon) on Apr 21, 2021

We are currently staying in Maui Kam J118. We stayed in the J complex before and really enjoyed it....BUT there is MAJOR construction going on across the street and it is noisy from 7:30 am to 4:30. Think of sitting almost in the middle of a construction site. The new buildings may also block your view when completed. This is not a bad condo and previously we just enjoyed the great views and peace and quiet. Everything is a bit worn out but the charm is still there. The management is in transition and all of this is not COVID related.

great family holiday location

Hockeymama8 (Alberta, Canada) on Feb 11, 2020

great location for a family holiday - close to great beaches and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. 2 pools at the property - always able to get a chair by the pool. very quiet resort. Our unit was very spacious and updated - the only concern was no a/c in the 1 bedroom as it was awaiting repair. Nice green space for watching the sunset. shower off facilities by the car park for easy removal of sand before entering the condo.
