Never come to this hotel
Xiao W on May 10, 2026
Never never come to this hotel. The only hotel will threaten you by security. Upon arrival, we joined the Diamond member check-in line. After waiting for over 10 minutes with no movement in our line, while the general check-in line moved steadily, we politely approached a front desk associate named Angela to inquire about the estimated wait time. Rather than acknowledging our concern or offering any assistance, Angela accused us of cutting in line and claimed we were disrupting her work. When we calmly reiterated that we simply wanted an estimated wait time, she escalated the situation by threatening to call security. Despite our continued composure, she followed through and had security approach us. Security then issued us a formal warning. You can never believe a hotel will issue you a formal warning! Other guests have reported similar front-desk experiences (the same person Angela): https://maps.app.goo.gl/nB7gawzQWTT9cxAm8?g_st=ic https://maps.app.goo.gl/EpQ1jffDc9N4urh29?g_st=ic https://maps.app.goo.gl/QH64LmH8XQeUZpY46?g_st=ic https://maps.app.goo.gl/GrtQyaXYYDG3d9A9A?g_st=ic Complaints about the same front-desk service from roughly half a year ago are still surfacing, and the service appears to be the same or worse. For a 5-star Conrad property, this level of customer treatment is unacceptable.

Diamond Member Threatened with Security for Asking a Question — Conrad Las Vegas
Yuanyuan Z on May 08, 2026
This is the worst experience I have. I should say no one should choose the hotel. Upon arrival, my husband and I joined the Diamond member check-in line. After waiting for over 10 minutes with no movement in our line, while the general check-in line moved steadily, we politely approached a front desk associate named Angela to inquire about the estimated wait time. She always behaved like this you can see compliant about her in Google map half a year ago. But the hotel made no changes up yo noew.
Buyer Beware--nice property but with a lot of issues to course correct

Very nice property and casino with a lot of "Buts" that ultimately showcased poor communication and operations. I would 100% rec folks look elsewhere first for lodging. Long review ahead but I think worth your time to read: 1) booked hotel via Orbitz, which noted I'd have an additional $150 "resort fee" but also a $150 credit for food, drinks or other resort amenities. Figured it canceled out so chose Conrad. At check-in, I had to remind the front desk person of this credit, and it was ultimately reduced to restaurants only, and only certain restaurants (those underperforming, clearly, based on food quality), most we would never have eaten at. At check-out, I was told it didn't include actual food or tips, just drinks. I think the look on my face made the agent "see it our way" and they ultimately honored food too, but noting in case anyone else is not as lucky. 2) Upon check in, you literally have to SIGN your agreement to hotel property rules, pricing info, resort fees, etc., including a notice of 10% off your spa service at Awana spa (on site, beautiful!) for guests staying at the Conrad. After our spa service, the spa reception desk informed us that it's actually only 5% discount and they've been "telling the front desk to change this forever". They "honored" the 10% discount for us by taking "5% off mine and 5% off my husband's", which was an attempt at a sweet gesture, but alas VERY incorrect math :) Also, again, despite having our room # attached to the spa reservation, we actually had to ASK for that discount, so fyi if you go... The spa also charged us someone else's mimosa and breakfast fee--hours after we checked out and were at the airport--that I now need to call back and correct. 3) NO Wifi access, a problem I've not experienced since 2006. We first had issues because we were not told our last name (password) needed to be in all caps--I learned this after being put on hold for 15 min and eventually walking down to the front desk to ask. Then after trying our pw in caps, our computers ultimately denied access to the site because their internet security had EXPIRED 2 days before our arrival. Repeatedly went down to the desk for help, but it was never corrected or fixed. Judging by the pissed off folks I saw in line, I wasn't the only one who had planned to get a little work done online 4) Surprisingly high buy-ins at tables in the casino! On a Sunday afternoon blackjack was $25, craps the same if not higher. I guess if you're normally at Bellagio or Wynn this isn't grounds for pause, but anyone who loves a good $10-15 table will need to go elsewhere or wait til 9am on Monday morning to find it at the Resorts World. And heads up, if you go elsewhere, your only choice is Circus Circus nextdoor, Fontainebleau across the street (and likely just as high), or walking 10-15 minutes to get to the Encore. Other minor agitators: Netflix connection didn't work either, Room service knocked on our door at 9am to clean, and staff seemed very junior. Sweet, but not confident or in charge. I seldom write reviews and CERTAINLY not reviews this long but for the price we still paid for this hotel for 2 nights, it seemed worth mentioning. Buyer beware.
Birthday Stay Ruined by Poor Housekeeping and Service at Hilton Resorts World Las Vegas
Tealea H on May 05, 2026
As a Hilton member and someone who has stayed at Resorts World Las Vegas several times, I was very disappointed with my recent stay on the Hilton side of the property. This trip was for my birthday, and unfortunately the experience started off badly the moment we entered our room. My boyfriend had arranged for a birthday surprise with champagne and a card to be placed in the room prior to our arrival, but nothing was there. Shortly after unpacking, I noticed an empty Truly can hidden behind the curtain, debris and hair in the shower, and the top of the toilet was wet with an unknown substance. What was most concerning was that there was visible feces splatter on the inside rim of the toilet, making it very clear the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We immediately contacted the front desk and were assured housekeeping would come right away for a full cleaning. We left for several hours and returned to find the room untouched. We then had to go downstairs in person to address the issue again. After another conversation with the front desk, the room was eventually cleaned later that evening. Unfortunately, the problems continued. When we went to shower that night, the soap dispensers were empty. Once again, we contacted the front desk and were promised someone would bring replacements immediately. Nobody came that night or the next morning. The following morning, we spoke with the front desk again regarding the repeated housekeeping failures and overall experience. While management did eventually approve a late checkout after hearing everything that occurred, shortly afterward both of our room keys stopped working, forcing us to deal with another inconvenience late at night on the 24th floor. Thankfully, my Hilton app virtual key still worked. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, especially for a birthday trip at a property I have always enjoyed in the past. I expected much better attention to cleanliness, communication, and guest service from Hilton and Resorts World.
