This is our 6th time. They have removed the kids pool. The adults pool is closed for “renovation” again

This is our 6th time here We love the pools. Except this year we arrive to find the kids pool changed. No longer a kids pool. The adults only pool is closed for renovations again It’s spring break. Did that seem like a good idea. Kids diving into the hot tub. Zero parents watching the kids. Lifeguard blowing the whistle non stop. We came to relax. Not a chance. We were there one hour and after being splashed non stop I’ll find somewhere else to go. The resort didn’t care at all. We left Ohio to enjoy the sun and pool. That’s not happening here.

Debbie was very professional and courteous! She definitely helped start our trip off the right way.
