It’s a casino …all the hotels are. The fake NY set up is average. Some of the external props (Statute of Liberty ??) are good.

Everything was very nice and we are planning to stay here next time you come we really did enjoy it. Thank you for everything..

Great food, lots of fun things to do! Although sink and shower clogged!!! View was amazing from the window.

New York, New York is a hidden gem on the strip. The hotel is clean and modern. The resort is convenient to many other properties. The food court area provides a seating area where you can actually sit and people watch. It’s a welcoming place for all gamblers.

We stay here at least once a year. Live the bartenders. Check in experience is in my opinion sub par and have said this over the years. Convenient location and easy in and out of the parking garage unless there is an event at t mobile arena and then as a pearl member and hotel guest you pretty much get treated as if you are invading their territory. There should be a separate entrance for people actually staying there or at least give them a different type of card to park. Always seems to be an issue year after year Bartenders were great and always have been except for one at the round bar. We have a party of 12 and spend every night when we get back and he refused a drink to one as his green light wasn’t on but the guy next to him had a red light and managed to get a drink so get rid of him and I would say a great bar staff Our room did not get cleaned and no fresh towels on a Friday. Spoke a person and it did get fixed the next day but no reasonable explanation. So if this place could improve the check in experience and get rid of one bartender would be good. Also a couple of the dealers need to get some personality. It friendly and not polite but a few were very accommodating and fun to stay at their table.
