Great as always. Fourth stay. Very clean .. great food choices and location! Staff is friendly and the casino pays well compared to others.

Very nice resort, the bed should be updated. Nice selection of places to eat. Clean and spacious room. Parking was easy but expensive.

Went for a drink at the Central bar one afternoon. The bar tending lady was chatting away to her other customers, when she looked at me I asked for a Budweiser and cup of iced water, she glared at me an literally slammed the drinks on the counter, but with just ice and no water in the cup!!. She then just walked off, so I followed her and asked for some water in the iced cup!! OMG if looks could kill I would be dead, she grabs my cup and fills it from the sink (not the fresh water dispenser) needless to say I didn't drink it. Why was she so cross with me? I will never know, but for a town that seems to have less visitors, I don't think that this lady is a very good advocate for customer service in Las Vegas!!!

Stayed four nights for CES. In general, good location, clean room, comfortable bed, no smell, check-in/out is smooth. Room is quiet in general, the roller coaster noise can be heard but not too laud, hence not bother. The rate is pretty high due to convention. The gym is only available 6-6, which is a surprise. Not able to use it. There is no single bottle of water available even for the first night. Too stingy for close to $300 room charge. The elevator failed to work at last night stay. The staff did great job to take care of guests to manually operate it. It is fixed next day.

We love New York New York. Great size resort not too big not too small lots happening and easy to get around. Love the location can walk to sport venues shopping restaurants essily
