Great Hotel & Casino

Everyone one from check in to check out and slot attendant, all American restaurant employees, just everyone was so friendly and gave my family and I great customer service… Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!!!

No fridge in room is ridiculous

I stayed here for the first time because my friend was staying here. Everything was good until I got to the room. I noticed no fridge. I thought I just couldn’t findit lol. I called downstairs and they wanted to charge me $25 a day for the fridge lol. I will not be staying here again.

New York, New York was one of the best experiences of our lives. This hotel has so many food options that you never need to leave for meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the health and safety in reference to Covid protocol.

Not planning to return

The entire experience sucked, from rude girl checking us in, to bogus resort and parking charges. Never received a receipt for what I paid and the rooms and hall ways are so dirty. Nothing like I remembered

Bathtub had blood stains

Had a terrible experience. First off we asked for an upgrade since I’m a pearl member and i got a basic room that I had to pay for instead of being comped. They said no. Our bathroom tub had blood stains and pubic hair in it. Our tissues were used. We reported it to house keeping and all they did was replace the towels and the blood stain was still there. At checkout after telling the manager all this, all he did was take off the resort fees. I won’t be back.
