Great Location!

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Liked all the restaurants and shops and could walk to the Excalibur and MGM Grand.

Not worth it

Culture757477 (Vallejo, California) on Jul 20, 2024

Stayed here for business and attended a convention at T-Mobile arena. We were here for 5 nights and wish we would have stayed at Park MGM. We had no fridge for groceries or leftovers for our 5 night stay and our floor had no ice maker. The weather was 100 degrees plus during our entire stay and the ability to have cold water would have been nice.

Great hotel, great staff! With tons of fun restaurants and places to hang out. You really don’t have to leave the hotel to have a good time!

Flip flop cheetto dust and blood

FrequentFlier258893 on Jul 20, 2024

Check is was wonderful. Ling line that mored faster than expected. But online check in was terrible. Upon entering our room we unpacked our thing s and found the room had sheets on the floor and we're not vacuumed and a flip flop in the middle of the floor. Blood stain in the bathroom tile. Complained to front desk and the room was never vacuumed only trash was taking out. Neighbors were loud I could hear then through the wall at all hours. Room was beautiful but un clean.

No Drawers and No Coffee Machine.

Ashish G (Cerritos, California) on Jul 19, 2024

The hotel was understaffed for our event. The staff was friendly. There were no drawers in the room. We had to live out of our suitcase. There is no coffee machine. A water cup costs $1 per cup. For a resort fees of almost $45 per day, it is too much to ask for a cup of coffee. Just getting frustrated with all the Nickel and Dime the hotels are doing. Such poor service.
