Ask about parking fees upfront if you have multi cars

Great location for us since we used to live across the street, but the experience was disappointing. We pre-booked two rooms and were never told about the $26 parking fee until I specifically asked—then both staff members laughed when I questioned it, which felt unprofessional. We had a third car from a family member joining us for dinner, and because of the parking situation, we had to park that car off-site just to eat together at the hotel. The lack of flexibility was frustrating, especially after a long moving day. Also, the shower didn’t work and there were no instructions. I called the front desk five times with no answer and had to go downstairs at 2 AM—turns out it was a simple fix that could’ve been explained with a note. Overall, poor communication and customer service. Be sure to double-check all fees, especially parking, before booking.

IHG Diamond. In town for a conference. I did not choose to stay here and after experiencing will not stay here again. Pros: - Location, I guess. If you're here for Disneyland I think you're pretty close. Cons: - Rooms and Bathroom: Gross carpet - was crunchy under my feet. My bathroom sink faucet had a rusted out hole. Rust on pretty much everything. - Hallways: Signs everywhere saying excuse the pixie dust during construction except there was no construction going on but the hall walls had holes. Ice makers were disconnected with water pooled under it. - Elevators: One working elevator for a building - Gym: A mess with the water tank not working with water pooled under it
