Old, dated, and further away than 1 block away

Ok, I knew this wasn’t going to be a really great hotel, but it was worse than expected. We booked a 2 bedroom/1 king and 2 queens. It was spacious, but there wasn’t anything else great about it. One VERY small bathroom. Ugly mural in the princess room that kids have drawn all over. Pictures that fell off the wall. One lamp as the only light in that bedroom. A weird closet with a table in it, with a falling down curtain as a door. Musty hallways. Old carpet. They claim to be 1 block from Disney…it’s a 15 minute walk to the west end of downtown Disney, and further still to the main gate. There are lots of hotels in the area, some better rush others. Don’t choose this one.
Good value hotel. Very poor restaurant

Good location for Disneyland. It’s a safe and well-lit 10-15 walk. Don’t bother with the shuttle. Nice pool and splash park. You will charged $25 per night per room as a resort fee but you’ll get credits to use in the restaurant. Parking is $20something per night. So the extra costs add up (especially if you need two rooms like we did) Staff on front desk are very busy so they are helpful but don’t expect boutique-hotel warmth. Rooms were ok - fairly clean but a little tired. We were happy with them The food was (very) poor. There was no vegan option at dinner so they proposed a lettuce wrap with tomato, cucumber, peppers and onion. They charged $18 - the same as a chicken salad - bit reduced to $15 when I complained. Breakfast was poor for veggie/vegans so we didn’t bother. Decent value but dont bother to eat there.
