Went on a girls Birthday trip with friends. We had a fantastic time. The service was wonderful. We loved the food in the amenities. Need to give an huge th and you and compliments to Karla and Oscar. They made our dining special . The waiter Bryan was great. Great coffee at The Nook. Bites was great. Williams was so much fun at the pool. Extremely good service. There’s so much more we can say on the positive side, but need to balance out with the 2 things that made it not 5 stars. The layouts a little odd and it’s a very odd hike to get from one building to the other. That made it less appealing to try going to the gym, etc.. There was a situation situation situation where we wanted to reserve cabanas for the day. It was absolutely awful trying to plan it with the concierge group. Although I will say that Andres was very helpful. Not gonna leave details but going to give caution when booking and make sure that you know what you’re paying for and what you’re buying far as bottles Overall we loved it

Overall, the vacation was great. The staffs were great and friendly. I will most likely come back However, I did have a bad experience at the Bites restaurant for breakfast. They didn't have any decaffeinated coffee. It took 45 minutes to get our food.
Fantistico!

We’ve been to Breathless twice and it’s even better the second time if that’s possible. The Spoon staff are so friendly they feel like family. Kudos to Caroline, Alberto and Juan.

Nice stay

Just returned from our 5 day stay at breathless. For the most part almost every single staff member we encountered were super friendly and went above and beyond for us. Always said yes and with a smile. The hotel and grounds are very well-kept, clean, and gorgeous. There are two buildings to the hotel. The main lobby, bites, and rooms are near the marina. They have marina views and a much quieter and calmer pool. There’s a bar there and one of the restaurants bites. Also the coffee shop Nook. Very nice area. The other building has most of the specialty restaurants and the pool and beach and gym. The pool here has a DJ during the day and activities like water aerobics. Little more crowded and loud but very fun! The beach is very nice and we never had to fight for chairs or cabanas. Next door is a beach club called Bagatelle. Pharmacy right near by and we walked to a few other hotels to meet friends. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Air conditioner will shut off if you keep balcony room open. But otherwise remained decently cool for us. Shower was spacious and we had two vanities and sinks. Housekeeping very sweet and helpful. Rooms are marina facing and you will hear sea lions and music from the boats in the morning. (I liked the sea lions!) In terms of food and drinks, I think everything was good. I wouldn’t say I had a meal here that was fantastic or incredible but that to me is to be expected with an all-inclusive. Bites has good lunch and breakfast and spoons had a buffet for breakfast. Heard ocote was good. Tried fishnets our last night and were left disappointed. Didn’t think anything was great there which was a shame since our whole group loves seafood. It wasn’t bad or inedible it was just blah. Drinks were good and servers were always willing to refresh a drink or make it a double. Overall great location and great resort. Very clean and staff friendly. I’d come back again if I was here. Thought the price for all inclusive was worth it too!
