Thank you Chef Alejandro Absolutely incredible experience. We reached out last minute, and the chef still managed to create an amazing five course vegan menu for us. Every course was creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You could really see the thought and attention that went into each dish. We were genuinely impressed from beginning to end. Professional, talented, and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Pergola gave us the most memorable evenings of our entire trip! Although the restaurant didn’t have many vegan options on the menu, Chef Alejandro went above and beyond to create a special five-course vegan dinner just for us. Every dish was incredibly fresh, thoughtful, creative, and beautifully prepared. You could truly feel the care he put into every course. Our server, Charlie, was absolutely wonderful, so warm, attentive, and kind. Chef Alejandro and Charlie made us feel genuinely special and turned dinner into an unforgettable experience. They truly made our whole trip. It was a perfect evening from beginning to end, and we cannot recommend Pergola enough. Thank you, Chef Alejandro and Charlie, for such a beautiful experience, we will always remember it!

Came to Marquis with family for our birthday celebration. Jared and Esme on the activities team are awesome! They’re multi-talented and made sure any activity we did was fun. The wait staff by the pool is attentive and helpful. Food was great. Would come back again!

We are just leaving from another perfect vacation at the Marquis. The view is breathtaking and the property is immaculate. It is our favorite place to relax and unwind. The staff keeps us returning year after year (our first visit was in 2013). Adriana starts our morning off with a warm smile and a welcoming hug. Suzie and her staff make us want for nothing and truly spoil us. The pool staff, including Sergio, Alturo, JoseMaria and Isabel, carry trays of drinks that bend with their weight, yet not a drop is spilled. The popcorn Fidel served us along with the drinks at the bar was a favorite! Mauricio served us multiple times and made sure our dinners were perfect. We even had a storm and they pivoted quickly making sure all guests were safe and adjusted for lunch. Emmanuel poured us amazing drinks to add to the rainy fun. The Marquis is our home away from home and we are looking forward to our next visit.
