This is specific to Sakke, we had Xóchi as a server twice during our stay, she was great and we had an amazing time. She picked the most popular dishes for us and made the dinner very easy. I would recommend Sakke and Xóchi for any group visiting. That being said, there was a manager who yelled at my uncle for bleeding, he has a bleeding disorder and didn’t realize but got yelled at regardless, and nobody even asked if he was okay, which was disappointing

My recent visit to Xochitl's establishment was an exceptionally memorable experience, one that has genuinely left a lasting impression on me. Xochitl, as a host, was beyond wonderful, exuding warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel welcomed and valued. There's a rare, genuine quality to the way Xochitl interacts with guests, ensuring that every aspect of the experience is perfect. The ambiance of the place, coupled with Xochitl's charismatic hosting, created an atmosphere that was both inviting and comforting. It was as if I had stepped into a haven where the outside world's chaos couldn't touch me. This unique blend of excellent service, heartfelt hospitality, and a welcoming environment is something that is hard to come by. Every moment spent there was a delight, and it didn't take long for me to decide that this wouldn't be my last visit. In fact, I made up my mind right then and there that I would be returning every night to relive the wonderful experience. The level of satisfaction I felt was unparalleled, leaving me excited for my next visit. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. For those looking to enjoy an evening out, you can do no better. The combination of Xochitl's fantastic hosting and the establishment's charming atmosphere ensures a remarkable experience that you'll undoubtedly wish to repeat.

I wish to congratulate this hotel for the incredible service and hospitality offered by their employees. Most importantly, I wish to acknowledge the swimming pool manager, Pecca, and her employees. Their service was impeccable during our ten day stay. I can’t drink alcoholic beverages, but they all did everything in their power to bring me special beverages and they were delicious. Pros: - Nice rooms with a great view of the ocean - Kind and attentive service staff members - Plenty of daily activities (e.g., pool volleyball, stretching class, basketball, pickleball) - Clean and well-equipped gym facility - Early evening entertainment was quite nice (e.g., guitar player, saxophone player, Rock & Roll night) Cons: - Food was consistently subpar. Pergola is the only restaurant I enjoyed - it seemed like it didn’t even belong at the same resort with the other restaurants. - Again, with the dining experience, the Vista Ballenas restaurant always had tons of flies swarming around us during breakfast which was unsanitary and bothersome. - The closest beach that you can swim at is a 15-20 minute walk - After our first night, staff started to paint a room two doors down and the fumes carried into our room so we were forced to move. The change process was fairly smooth; however, we were promised that someone would come to help us with our bags but no one did. - Not much evening entertainment. Most activities wrap up by 9-10pm.

If you want an adults only, all inclusive five-star experience then this is the only place to go in Cabo. My wife and I have an extraordinary and memorable experience every time we come, and this place is so great, we come every year! We want to especially thank Azucena (Suzie), Adriana, Efrain, Sergio, Milton, Arturo, Jose, David, and frankly too many others to list because the fact is everyone provides five-star service at this resort!
