We just wrapped up our second year at Playa Grande and we're already talking about coming back. This resort is amazing. It's incredibly family friendly without being a typical Mexican party resort. It's tasteful, relaxed, and works for every age. We came with our kids (boys, ages 4 & 6) and my parents and everyone was happy. The property is stunning. The pool has so many activities that the kids never ran out of things to do, and the kids club kept them busy when we wanted a break. The food is absolutely delicious. The spa is luxurious and I had a wonderful massage from Yaueli. What really sets this place apart is the service. Eduardo took care of us at the pool all week and he couldn't have been better. He never hovered but he always made sure we had exactly what we needed. That kind of attentiveness was everywhere. If you want a seamless, easy, family friendly vacation, this is the spot.

This resort was spotless, very well kept. It has magnificent stone inlayed walkways, a Grand pool area. The room was very nice and well kept/maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's the little things...the pool and bathroom towels were enormous! The food was excellent, we never had a bad meal. We will go back.

Poolside service was exceptionally good!!! Bueno Super Daniel!!!

"Super" Daniel (aka Clark Kent or Kal El - wears a sombrero with Superman emblem) has been our server at the beach front pool - FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! Probably the best service we have ever had a pool/resort. Very attentive. Truly is a "Superman". Worth staying at the Playa Grande Resort. Pool has great sushi and sashimi. Better than some of the restaurants down town. First time at this resort, definitely plan to come back. Look for "Supe" Daniel at the pool.

Location and service at Playa Grande can't be beat. Easy walk to the marina, beautiful views and excellent service. Super Daniel at poolside took great care of us. ?? Will definitely be back!
