After spending a beautiful week in Los Cabos Mexico, my family and I are beyond impressed with the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. Every employee we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making our vacation truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Heriberto provided exceptional service and made my family feel truly welcomed. He ensured our luggage was delivered to our room promptly and handled everything with professionalism and care. Heriberto was quick, kind, and incredibly patient throughout our stay. He also went above and beyond by making sure our room fridge was fully stocked with all of our favourite beverages. His attention to detail and outstanding hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent service and look forward to returning. Thank you Heriberto. He consistently offered his assistance with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. He did an excellent job promoting the show schedule throughout the week, ensuring guests were always informed and never missed any activities or performances. One of our absolute favourite events was the Silent Disco, which was incredibly fun and well organized. Adrian’s energy, professionalism, and dedication greatly enhanced our experience, and he is a true asset to the entertainment team. Thank you Adrian. Noe provided exceptional service during the awards dinner and truly made the experience memorable. He was fast, attentive, kind, and incredibly generous throughout the evening. What stood out most was the time he took to explain the special ingredients and preparation behind some of our favourite dishes, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable and meaningful. His professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality reflected outstanding hospitality. Noe is an excellent server and a valuable asset to the team. Thank you Noe. HDM is my home away from home but with the touch of paradise. Peaceful, relaxing yet with enough fun activities to keep you entertained. A shout out to the entertainment team.

Our experience was phenomenal. A great resort for our young family. Our bellboy, Jonathan (Godinez) and kids club manager, Abril were amazing with all their assistance.

This hotel has beautiful old style Mission architecture. It is right on the beach with infinity pools. Several restaurants and a small market. Clean and beautiful accommodations. Hanging out on the beach under a peylapa ordering a fish taco and a margarita is my favorite pastime. I sleep so well here, especially with the sound of the ocean off in the distance!
