Just got back and had such a wonderful experience at Hacienda Del Mar Marriott Autograph Collection. The staff here is consistently wonderful! Everyone who passed us said hello and smiled. The servers even when extremely busy always tried hard to give us the best service they could and most of the time it was outstanding! All the service was great but I have to give shout outs to our favorites! The most fun we had was with Ricardo at the activities center near Pitayas. Ricardo was so sweet and kind to us and everybody and with a wicked sense of humor that we loved!! He is very well organized and committed to the job and I just can't say enough to sing his praises. We played bingo, Texas hold 'em, blackjack, cooking demos (kudos to the chef showing us how to make guacamole! Awesome skills!) and mixology classes during our stay. All of them were so much fun and we made new friends. At Tomatoes for breakfast we were very well taken care of by Rocio and her team. So gracious and attentive. I saw her hugging many guests and I know why, she loves what she does and it shows! At the swim up bar pool Tomas made the best drinks and was very accommodating when I did not want mine so sweet! Perfecto Tomas! And Naedelin at the pool always checked on us with a smile. Her smile I will never forget! All the food we ate was superb (with just a few exceptions) but our favorite was the tacos at Sirenas and the taco bar set up just outside the door of the concierge. If we were not all inclusive, not sure we would eat anywhere but the taco bar because the food is just so expensive, but with the all inclusive we ate like a king and queen while we were there. The food is really delicious. They must have some excellent chefs working there. Have to mention the cleanliness. It was amazing how clean everything was and to see the staff working early mornings and late at night to make everything shine! The pools were sparking and our room was refreshed every day without us having to ask them to clean it!! Of all the resorts we have stayed at, this was our best visit in Mexico and beyond. Kevin by the activities pool did an awesome job. He was compitant, and friendly. Made our day the best. It was a fun day with drinks and food. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
