Great family resort

The Premium Level Master Suite was basically a two bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family of four with two teens who need their space. Minivan was always filled with sofas, beer, and snacks. It has two balconies with ocean views. And the free room service and lounge for Premium Level guests was well worth the extra cost. The resort itself was well maintained and the daily activities kept my teens entertained. The private beach was perfect, too. I also recommend the incredibly well produced nightly entertainment. Many of the performers could easily be in Vegas. The food at all the restaurants is outstanding. Especially, Agave, who has a world class chef on their hands. Thank you Chef Isaac Chagoyan, who could be preparing plates at a Michelin star restaurant. Finally, a big thank you to Mayra Campos the concierge. She was a big help coordinating nightly dinner reservations and out transportation to and from the airport.
The young people are very professional in their show and spread a lot of enthusiasm and joy. I highly recommend it

Not Recommended for Family Trips or Celebrations

We traveled as a family of 14 to celebrate our parents’ birthday. While the beach is beautiful and some staff members (waiters, bartenders, bellboys, and Lady Diana on the beach) were kind and helpful, our overall experience was disappointing. Check-in was chaotic — it took over an hour, we had to send emails to update names and split payments, and still didn’t get rooms or wristbands until hours later. The rooms were poorly maintained: dusty, towels were discolored, lights didn’t work, and the phones were out of order. The concierge, Mayra, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She denied us a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, saying it was closed — but it was open later that night. Many other guests had similar complaints about her. Management should take action. Unless you’re Platinum, you're only allowed one specialty restaurant booking every three nights. Even our Platinum family members were denied access to certain restaurants. Hostesses were also rude and unaccommodating. The beach had cigarette butts in the sand, and the volleyball court sand was too hard to play on barefoot. There are some kind staff members, but the disorganization and poor service made this resort a disappointing choice for an international family celebration. We would not return.

Shows were amazing they put so much effort into them, love the cast, the activities are great and the staff is amazing and very friendly, drinks the best time I’ve had in a while. Any time I needed anything someone was there to offer some help, also the massages were out of this world.

The shows are good and beautiful. The dancers are amazing. And the show is great full of amazing singers and dancers the food is great and the beach is so beautiful great food and the rooms are so beautiful and nice some of the best rooms. One of the best places I’ve stayed at
