I purchased a stay here for myself and 8 other family members as a once in a lifetime kind of "splurge" vacation. But, we were treated so well, that I definitely will want to go back to treat myself again! It was so so so worth every single penny! My grandpa has trouble walking and staff made sure to get him a wheelchair, and when the air went flat in a tire, they brought him another! When my grandpa injured himself, security came down and cleaned him up free of charge. Staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and they took such good care of us. I can honestly tear up because that level of service was touching. We are so very appreciative for the way we were treated, with no discrimination for the handicap, we just felt so welcomed. So thank you! We look forward to coming back to Manzanillo Barcelo Karmina and checking out your other resorts as well!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is very kind. The food was subpar at Best. We had premium level, and we were not able to book every night for the restaurants, which was also frustrating. The buffet food was repeated too much, and was not very good, but the beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean, and the pools were Great! Be prepared to have to use their taxi services, because that was a fight for us to get a taxi service on the resort that we had booked to come pick us up, which was a family member of ours, and we wanted them to come pick us up with their taxes service. It was a fight to happen, but they finally allowed it..

Great location and variety of food and drinks. Really good service. Wonderful New Year’s Eve party. Although the rooms are outdated.

Been coming here for years and I love the hard work all the workers put in to keep you satisfied and I’ve never regretted coming here not even once because everytime is a new adventure ! I love how nice everybody is and I always feel so welcomed :)

Could not have asked for a better location for reuniting with old friends. The Presidential Suite was stunning.
