Everything was so good, the music was so enjoying and relaxing, the space was perfect and the service was excellent

Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. Even though it was high season and the hotel was almost at 100% occupancy, the service was very good and the staff took great care of us. The only issue was that we were only able to book the specialty dinner for 3 out of the 9 nights we stayed. The person in charge of dinner reservations was a bit curt and dismissive. It would have been better if she had been more friendly and explained the situation regarding the full capacity and the lack of available restaurants. Also, on one of those nights, the Head Waiter was reluctant to offer us a vegan menu, saying the menu couldn't be modified. Fortunately, the chef was very accommodating and was able to prepare something for us. Apart from that, all the other staff were very kind and attentive. We would definitely return.

I thought everything was great, the food, the service and the ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed Kyoto (Japanese restaurant), food was lovely and service was phenomenal.
