I did write a review about lack of communication before arrival but the staff got in touch immediately and sorted my concerns. Since arriving here I cannot fault the hotel. We have a large airy well furnished room with a large balcony and great views. The grounds are beautiful with views to die for round every corner. Staff are genuinely helpful, kind and unfailingly cheerful. Carole at breakfast singing while flipping eggs and pancakes is a special treat, as is the gentleman playing contemporary tunes on the violin. The Martini bar has a jazz trumpeter for atmosphere and the sunset colours are very lovely. The main beach and pool are immaculate and quiet. The AN beach is more of a party place but we stick to the main areas. So much is included and the food and drink are excellent. We will be back!
