Our family, including our dog had a wonderful stay with you! This is our 4th summer coming back to Fairmont Tremblant for a family vacation. The staff are, as always, very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. After our arrival we went for a short walk and Fairmont very kindly set up a card and some lovely cookies as a welcome gift. Fantastic experience from our arrival to departure.

First time visiting Tremblant in the summer, but we are frequent winter guests. Our Gold Level rooms were terrific. The lounge is beautiful and comfortable. We learned that it closes earlier (summer? weekday?). The food was similar to the winter offerings. We still find it strange that there is a charge for wine/cocktails in the Gold lounge, as this takes away from the luxury experience. Also, we were told there would be a $50 charge to open the locked door connecting our rooms (we were traveling with our kids) and find that unreasonable. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with food and drink service. Overall we will definitely come back and most likely will stay at the Gold Level next time.

This hotel is not for families. There is a playroom that is not dedicated. So most of the time it is closed and used for meetings. There is supposed to be a movie… few times a day.. but only on weekends. Not even a playground. Nothing to do for kids. Tv does not have a channel for kids, cartoons or anything.. only if you pay to rent a movie. If you want a 20 min short episode, there id nothing to watch for kids. The bar is closed during the day, only opens at 4. Very good housekeeping service though. Operators at the reception answer the phone quickly and are very kind. Pool very nice indoor and outdoor. Good coffee Nespresso in the room.

We had booked a short family getaway with our grown kids to Tremblant. We always stay at Fairmonts for our getaways, and this did not disappoint. Upon check in , we asked for GOLD upgrade and the price was reasonable. THe staff at the GOLD lounge was terrific. One particular employee Cedric, took care of all my Gluten free meals while he was on duty. Many thanks to you again. Amenties gift was wonderful. The children was impressed as well with their room upgrade. Fairmont did make sure we had perfect accomadations. Despite that it rained most of the weekend, there were many activities still going on in the village. We made sure to enjoy the activities early in the am. We did have a incident, but the Fairmont direction acted quickly and rectified the situation quickly and professionally. Thank you again. We will definately return.

Very nice hotel and staff. The valet service is ignorant and over priced. Don't use it after first night. I would give hotel a 4 star but after spending a lot of money to stay here I truly don't appreciate ignorance from valet towards my family than deny everything after I came back to hotel after parking. This has to do with dropping family members off at the entrance with shopping bags. Stopped long enough to let them out. When they got to entrance they proceeded to yell at my family to move the car even though I was in the car already driving away. The hotel would do itself a favor to get rid of that service and provide a secure parking lot with a fob pass for paying customers. I've never delt with incompetent valet like this. It's sad because the hotel itself is amazing.
