My husband and I have been to many all inclusive resorts in Cuba, Dominican Republic and Bahamas and this was the best ever! Food was excellent, great selections at all restaurants. Staff were always friendly and helpful (shoutout to housekeeper Michele Williams.) Clean and well staffed pools and grounds. We spent most of our time by the lap pool because we like quiet, but there was always some activity at the large pool. This is a five star resort for quality.

My husband and I just returned from a week at the Warwick Paradise Island. We went on a timeshare exchange and really weren't sure what to expect. We ended up having one of the best vacations ever! Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the harbor and sunset - well worth the small upgrade fee. Shout out to Michelle Williams who cleaned our room daily, was always friendly, and who made sure our fridge was stocked daily! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was always easy to find lounge chairs around the various pools, the all-inclusive food was varied and quite good - including a steak restaurant, an Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a poolside "lunch" place with fantastic jerk chicken, fresh Caesar salad, and corn on the cob, and a buffet restaurant that always had ample and delicious options! Thankfully I only learned about the self-serve soft ice-cream cones on the last day (or I would've put on way too much weight!). The hotel is on the harbor which made the view of passing ships interesting to watch, and the secluded turquoise water Cabbage beach was a 2 minute free shuttle away. The staff by the pool were always offering to refill your drinks or get you anything you need. The towel lady was so friendly. The bartenders took care of us quickly and with a smile. We felt safe, pampered, and extremely happy. Thank you Warwick!

After a long flight we arrived mid afternoon and luckily we managed to get into our room at just after 3pm. The room overlooking the harbour was fantastic. We spent many an hour on the balcony watching the sun rise and set as well as the passing by of some wonderful yachts. There always seemed to be something going on. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. The staff do an amazing job. The buffet food choice in the Verandah restaurant was so good that we didn't go to the other restaurants. Entertainment was very good. I wish the Hogs Bar would stay open later as it was the place I love to sit and watch the world go by. I'd suggest a proper games room for the pool table, flipper machine, board games and table tennis. If this was a place where I could get to in just a couple of hours I'd be back every year. I think it really is a place that caters for everyone.

In all of our travels, we have never been treated so well. All of the staff was so polite and friendly. Our check in was done very efficiently and the front desk mgr Shama over heard our conversation and took it upon herself to and did our upgrade herself and made sure everything was done perfectly. We wanted a different beer for our fridge in the room and after talking the the Bar Mgr Carrie she handled the restocking of the room very efficiently. We had a lot of different servers for drinks and meals. They were all excellent but 2 went above and beyond, Kandice was tremendous and Brenden did an excellent job. We will return again. I talked to the resort Mgr, TC Symonette and commended him for the service we received and to continue the training of there employees the same way he's been, outstanding. I've been in the hospitality industry for 30 years and we were quite impressed.
