I was really hoping to like this hotel but unfortunately the only thing I can say that’s positive is that the hotel was clean. The restaurants really need to up their game. We tried all 3 restaurants and the grill and honestly the food was not good at all. The food at the main/buffet restaurant was probably the best. The beach was ok but the view of barges/cargo boats was unappealing. The drinks at the bar were pretty bad. The hotel was freezing. I have no idea why it was so cold everywhere inside - the halls, elevator, room, foyer.. Their activity schedule is a joke. We waited to go for a walking tour and was told we missed it. There’s a schedule in the concierge room and one in the lobby. These 2 areas are about 50 ft from one another. They had different times on their schedules for activities. They must not communicate. This hotel really needs an overhaul.

Best resort with nice view if you have a balcony

our stay was amazing at this resort. The front desk assistants, the bartenders (drinks are amazing and they are quick serving) and the workers at the little made to order restaurant (Kevin) were amazing. Kevin makes the best green smoothie, I probably had like 7 over my 4 day stay. The housekeeper Michele was very friendly, understanding when we told her to give us a few minutes every time she came to clean. She did a great job cleaning our messy room and organizing our clothes and shoes. Our room (#913) was really nice with a balcony (we had to pay extra to upgrade to this room). One thing that I didn't like was the fact that you can't use the steam room in the spa unless you get a service (manicures, pedi or massage) which the price is a little high considering that we are already paying a lot to stay here. they told us that we would have to pay to use the little steam room unless we get a service... anyways enjoyed our stay.

Not perfect but you get a lot for the price

Food is diverse and great. People are mostly very nice. Small, easily walkable resort. Lagoon is cute but if you want a quiet stretch of water this is not it, boats are going by just outside the lagoon all the time. You can see some small fish and other critters in the lagoon. Some small issues like them running out of clean beach towels in the middle of the day on multiple occasions. Could not access a couple of the restaurants despite trying to make reservations at the beginning of our week. However, the always-available dining room had good food and a good selection. This is not a fancy resort but you can't beat it for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of games and activities to engage in or not. Drinks were fine if not strong. Lagoon bottom could use some cleaning, I saw a fair amount of garbage. Great 8-piece band with three horn players on Wednesday night; one of the highlights.

This hotel is amazing. Very clean, very nice people. Food is amazing. Rooms are clean and large. Mostly it's the people working here who make it an amazing place. Short distance to shopping and Nassau.

Fantastic visitor experience.

10 days of Paradise! Food & drinks were top notch! It can be difficult to get a reservation into the Edgewater steakhouse, but it is worth the wait. Staff is truly outstanding and very attentive. The place is incredibly clean. We hired a private driver for a day trip of historic sites, as well as a private boat for a half day tour and snorkeling one day. I would recommend some of the hotel, itinerary tours, especially the tour to the Junkanoo, rum, distillery, and chocolate factory. A Hollywood comedy show was appearing at the Atlantis, and we booked that, it was great fun. We were content to be busy some days sightseeing and happy to be lazing around the pool, enjoying Bahama, mamas & rum runners.! Because our visitor experience was so awesome, we plan to come back again next year with our friends, and hopefully stay longer.
