The BAD: The front desk staff upon arrival was very rude. They continued to have personal conversations while we were standing there with our luggage waiting to check in. Upon completing their personal convo they decided to  greet us. No welcome drinks were offered. Mind you they charge a resort fee! The UGLY: The hotel Ocean view is of dismantled shipping containers in the ocean. There are various constructions going on all around the hotel. Noise everywhere. The pool area is noisy from construction workers hanging from the building drilling and cracking concrete from the building until late evening. The hotel staff are all unpleasant; they barely greet you while walking the grounds.The night entertainment is nonexistent. Going back to your room at night is the best option.  The Terrible: The rooms are beyond dated and environmentally not safe. Our first assigned room was not usable because there was a severe mole and curusion problem in the shower. After addressing the front desk about the problem along with pictures they decided to send maintenance to fix it. They weren't able to reconcile the problem so our first night after arrival we weren't able to shower.   The next day they assigned us to an upgraded room. What a nightmare, the furniture in the room had visible stains, the ceiling in the closet had holes and water stains, the tv furniture we cracked, chipped and slightly mole. Only one light worked in the room.We basically had to keep the tv on for light. The room seems to be painted however they had  paint on everything (light covers, bed head rest, doors).  The bathroom had the water/sewer shut off box exposed. The HVAC system sounds like a garbage truck whenever it comes on until it shuts off. So basically your not getting quality sleep. The hallway carpet smells moldy and wet all day long.

Such a fun time. So much to see and do. Resort staff was wonderful. Restaurants were good.

My stay at Warwick Paradise Island has been absolutely phenomenal! I am presently still a guest here, celebrating my 29th birthday with friends, and I can honestly say this has been a birthday worth remembering. As a local, I especially appreciated the level of service we received throughout our stay. There was absolutely no difference in the way we were treated because we are locals, the service was exceptional across the board, and we were made to feel just as welcomed, valued, and appreciated as any other guest. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Alexis at the front desk made our check-in experience so welcoming and pleasant. Ian, our server at the buffet, was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. A special shoutout to Brandon by the pool as well! He was so friendly and made sure we always had a drink in our hands. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. What stood out to me most, though, was the staff. Every team member we encountered had a smile on their face and was genuinely willing to help, answer our questions, and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience have made my birthday celebration even more special. I am so happy I chose Warwick Paradise Island to celebrate this milestone with my friends. Thank you to the entire Warwick Paradise Island team for making my 29th birthday one to remember!

I can’t believe Warwick allows them to use their brand and I can’t believe any good reviews were written by who actually stayed here. Scary and old. Mold and moisture in the 6.5 foot ceiling hallways, elevators slow and barely working. The worst room view ever, cockroach in the halls, numerous things broken and no one cares. Miserable people work here, no one tries to go out of their way no matter how much you tip. The tiny beach wouldn’t even be so bad if it was clean, but it’s full of rocks and garbage and seaweed. No one cleans it, the tap to wash your feet from sand is broken for a week and no one fixes it. So people keep going in the pool with sand and it gets gross. Shocked just shocked.

It Really Is the Little Things ?? As a local and someone who works in and manages within the hospitality industry, I know what great service looks like. I’m currently staying at Warwick Paradise Island, and I really wanted to acknowledge a few team members who made our stay extra special. Karen was our first point of contact over the phone, and she was so warm and welcoming from the very beginning. When we arrived, Shama, the Manager on Duty, continued that same great service and made our check-in smooth and informative. Sheryl was another person who stood out. Every time we passed her, she would check in with, “You guys good? Need a towel?” She was always willing to point us in the right direction and make sure we were taken care of. And Laschelle ?????????? at the bar deserves a very special shout-out. She was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and simply happy to do her job. It was the little things — she noticed I had something in my hands and brought me a napkin before I even reached the bar. Later, she remembered what we had been drinking and automatically brought our lemonade and Coke while we were enjoying conch fritters and salad. That is hospitality. It’s anticipating your guest’s needs before they even have to ask. These team members are truly gems, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Thank you, Karen, Shama, Sheryl, and Laschelle, for making our stay such a pleasant one. You are appreciated! ??
