Staying at the Warwick Resort was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, everything was first-class. The food? Top tier. The drinks? On point. The activities? Endless. And the customer service? EXCEPTIONAL. What really made the experience unforgettable was the people. Shoutout to Eilleen at the restaurant by the pool she was incredible! Shama, Dee, and so many others made us feel welcomed, valued, and right at home. This wasn’t just a stay… it was an EXPERIENCE. It was 4 of us and it was well worth it. My wife and I just returned home from the Warwick on March 23rd. We ha a fantastic time, from check in to check out. Upon arrival we were met at the front desk by Alexis and Shauna ( please forgive if not spelled correctly), who both had pleasoing and accomodating personalities. They were both always on point if we needed change for tips or finding out what was happening around the hotel that day. With the help of the young lady in the concierge office who sets up tours and who's name I don't have I was able to retrieve my sunglasses that I left in the car after my ride from the airport. While sitting at the lobby bar later that day I felt a tap on my shoulder, when I turned around there was Shauna handing me my sunglasses. Thanks again. Speaking of the lobby bar Leo and Brendon were great, they handeled the large crowds that would gather each night with lightning speed, grace and precision. All the while being as friendly and attentive as you could imagine. Because of the other restaurants being fully booked, we had dinner two nights at the Edgewater Grill. Both nights were great, however on the second night our waiter was NIko. He was another plus for the great staff at this hotel. After ordering it seemed to be taking longer than it should for the food to arrive. When I asked Niko about it he provided me a complete and acceptable explination for the delay, Thanks again Niko. Also you have two greats working at the burger and hotdog hut. I forget the youngmans name but he was very friendly. We spoke for a while after he learned my wife and I are from Atlanta he told us He went to college there and the conversation started. Working with him was my favorite grill chef Barbara, who the youngman affectionatly called (Boss Baby), we all had a great time laughing. Last but by no means least we must give our thanks to Andrea of housekeeping who kept our room well cleaned and well stocked every day. Well if you read this review through, you won't have to ask if we would recomend or return to th Warwick Paradise Island, the answer is yes on both counts. P.S The food was great Oxtails ao to the ko, and seafood night was great, loved the lamb chops.

From the initial check-in to the evening dining, the stay at Warwick was amazing thanks to MARVIN, the Assistant Reception Manager. This was our first time staying at this all-inclusive resort. Food was delicious and the options were vast, room was clean and comfortable, entertainment was great! We truly had a blast! Can I tell you the chocolate covered strawberries were eye candy and so, tasty! We look forward to staying again!

Really disappointed with our stay here. First of all its not 4 star more likely 3 in terms of rooms, the biggest issue we had here was that the walls in the rooms are very thin and we were unfortunately placed next to another couple that enjoyed a drink and argued every night or had the TV on really loud or were playing computer games and shouting at each other, the first night I actually thought the guy was beating up his girlfriend and I went and knocked on the door and call security, they didn't answer the door. The first night we thought everyone has a bad day but by the third night we complained to reception who refused to move us. The noise continued for 5 nights. We got one night of peace before the spring breakers started partying in the hall ways. We complained again and staff sent up security. I have to say the management failed on many points in this situation but the front line staff were lovely in the hotel, just doesn't make up for 5 nights of disturbances and sleep deprivation. We spoke to other guests who had similar complaints. The most disappointing thing was it was my partners 40th and it was supposed to be a celebration but instead it was traumatic. Far from paradise....

Great experience due to the people and workers. The activities staff, specially DJ Kizzy and Bullet, were amazing and enthusiastic. Great music played on the pool deck and several activities throughout the day to keep guests busy! Drinks were delicious and food was better than expected. If you plan on visiting, be as social as possible with the workers and other guests, everyone is so kind and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.
