Enjoyed The Warwick!

We loved our time at the Warwick! The food was good, the staff were friendly, and we were able to walk to the ferry for our excursion and felt very safe. We took the shuttle over to Atlantis one night and came back feeling grateful we were staying at Warwick and not there! The pool was lovely and we didn’t have any issue getting chairs in the morning. It was fun to walk along the little boardwalk each day and see the fish. We saw a beautiful stingray too. We would definitely stay here again!
Small, Stunning, and Simply Amazing – Warwick Resort

I stayed at the Warwick for my birthday weekend and had an amazing time. The hotel is small in the best way—everything from the front desk to the rooms, pool, and beach is just steps away. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff and everyone else made us feel genuinely welcomed. Even the buffet food and drinks were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort. My only slight drawback is that I wish there were more fun games and activities around the pool area, especially since it’s an adults-only resort. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable—I could hardly believe how well I slept! I give this hotel a solid 5 stars. And I have to add… they had Tito’s Vodka—sold! ??
Great spot, minor issues

Great place but with a few hiccups. Staff were all very nice, although the whole week we were there we only saw the entertainment staff once. They put out a weekly schedule of activities but nothing went by the schedule, and quite honestly never saw any of the advertised activities actually happen. The one bar outside is pretty small and hard to find any shade. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the food. The à la carte restaurants were very disappointing, I ate at Wendy’s across the street for most of the week. The whole place was very clean which was a huge bonus. They advertise free shuttles that go to Cabbage Beach throughout the day, but we’re told at the front desk that they don’t. Overall I had an amazing time, the staff (and locals) were all so friendly & the scenery is breathtaking. The biggest turnoff was the food & lack of entertainment as advertised.

We booked this vacation to celebrate a special milestone. Our experience with the Warwick Hotel was very poor. Aside from a few bellmen and the line staff serving in the restaurants, the employees were very, very rude. It started at the front desk during the check in process. It was very clear the gentleman checking us wanted nothing to do with us and has no pride in his work. I have never felt so unwelcome at a location I was paying to be at. On the 2nd or 3rd day, we were locked out of our room and had to go back to the front desk because whoever checked us in didn't do it correctly. If we asked to use the amenities, they treated us like an inconvenience. A simple example of this was asking them to light the fire pit area for us to enjoy one night. We asked multiple times and they finally agreed; however, the gentleman who came out to do it was EXTREMELY RUDE about it and let us know that he wasn't happy. Rarely did anyone from the front desk area or gift shop even smile or willingly interact with us. The bartenders were fine and most of the waitstaff were very nice. If you go, make sure you get the water view and NOT the island view. The island view on the west side is actually shipping containers and garbage dumpsters. One guest said they could smell the garbage wafting up. There is one outside small bar. It’s a fun vibe where people want to be. The problem is that the bar closes at 5pm. This means only the very small indoor bar is available to accommodate the entire hotel. It creates congestion and long wait periods. Additionally, there was not adequate room in their restaurants to accommodate reservations for groups. They advertise multiple restaurants but they rotate those - they aren't all available all the time, providing very limited options to try. That said, the positive I would provide this hotel was that the food was good and the options at the buffet were good. Compliments go to the chefs. The photos on the internet make everything look a lot nicer than it actually is; the hotel is really run down and needs attention. The ceiling tiles were stained and bulging from what appeared to be water damage. The dance floor area had broken floor tiles and the common area was a little run down and tired looking. The elevators were dirty. The rooms are especially run down with broken floor tiles, dirty windows, and chipped furniture – giving it an overall icky feel. The rugs in the rooms were not vacuumed. Our friends reported they had hair in their bathroom when they checked in. The bathroom was very small and difficult to get in and out of; difficult to close the door. Whatever you are used to for toiletries - whether comparing a Holiday Inn or a high-end hotel, do not expect them at the Warwick – you will need to bring everything. I questioned if there was any difference between the watered-down shower gel and the watered-down shampoo/conditioner combination. Overall, I was extremely disheartened by the amount of money we paid. It was way too much money for what we received and especially how we were treated. Customer service goes a long way and the Warwick really missed the mark here. I would never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone else.
